I'VE READ SO MUCH Here's just what this forum reminded me of (that I could remember the titles to...)
13 Reasons Why is a sad favorite, The Future of Us is by the same author (I think). Cornelia Funke's Dragon Rider and Inkheart triology, but I never got to really finish Inkdeath. Romiette and Julio is a modern romance about two high schoolers in love but their racial difference get Julio in trouble.
The Eragon books by Christopher Paolini are amazing. People say they're rip-offs, but when he was asked, he said he intentionally included a lot of references because he loved books like Dune and authors like Tolien, etc. He's quite talented. Eragon was started when he was 14. I'm currently at the very end of the 4th book.
When I was younger I grabbed every Goosebumps book I could get my hands on, starting from book one. Dead House, Right? My cousin had about 60 of them precollected and gave them to me for my 3rd birthday, maybe 4th. I love Stine's super chillers.
The first few books in the Percy Jackson series were great, unfortunately I didn't have the money to buy the rest Same with the Pendragon series, but I like Pendragon so much better.
Crispin: The Cross of Lead is a phenomenal read if you can find it. It's the first in 3 to 5 books, I can't remember.
