As for Operation: VIRUS, I seriously hope it has to do with a computer virus.

I think that it's about when Nurse Claborine gives Cree's date a virus and Cree gets upset because she doesn't have a prom date until Numbuh 2 asks to be her date. Then Nurse C takes her revenge on Numbuh 2 because of what happened in PINK-EYE, causing everyone to get sick.
Or...
Nurse Claborine and the Common Cold team up.
