How can you say that Wally saying "There's something I wanna tell you" not proof? He was obviously gonna say "I love you" otherwise he wouldn't have attacked the delightful children. And he also tried to comfort Kuki, and although he gave up, he sang the song with her.... and she called him "adorable". If that's not proof, I don't know what is.

The "There's something I wanna tell you" could be something like "I stole your super-happy rainbow monkey" or something. And he's a KND operative, he'd attack the DCFDTL anyway. The song singing and "You're adorable!!!" are compelling, though.

I noticed another proof. When Kuki was telling Numbuh 4 the title of the song, she got hearts in her eyes. My theory is, that she got those hearts, because she was thinking about Wally, being her lovey-dovey-wovey. I`d rate that episode 10/10. Because I like singing episodes, I like the outfits, especially Numbuh 1`s. Plus, it was a 3/4 episode.  |

i don't think LOVE was a 3/4 episode,because numbah 4 came in like the middle. it was more of a team episode or a numbah 3 episode. even though it was really sweet of numbah 4 to offer to sing the song with numbah 3. oh and I especally love the little looks of concern he had as numbah 3 explained why she was crying. it was so adorable.
