Well, it was entertaining, it had a nice plot, and it was funny at some points. I thought it was a good episode.

I adore this episode.
Mostly because HODAMN TWO NIGELS.

Also, a rerun of this episode came on today and I FINALLY get negative Numbuh 2's joke at the end. xD

Operation Pool is very fun to watch and I get a kick out of -86
The only thing I can't understand is how Sector V's -4 became Supreme Leader, did he personally coup -274 or -362 who would have to be terrible leaders

I'm going to guess that - 4 became leader because Numbuh 4 would be one of the least likely operatives to lead the KND. But that's just my guess.
