Thanks. Actually my school is very small(about 1400 students,smaller than my high school which has about 2300) And from what I've heard the teachers get very personal with students and can learn them by name and etc. It's like high school with college studies. But it's a very rich school, and private. The college doesnt even have a football team, yet everything else.

Oh, never mind what I said then. ;;
It's great, getting to know the teachers. Having hundreds of student and one professor in a room makes that a little difficult in my case.

Mod is a shortened way of saying moderator and you often have moderators on just about any kind of forum on the internet.
A moderator is a member of a forum who has additional rights when compared to the normal user, which are typically set up by whoever created the message board. But normally, a moderator would be able to (and expected to) enforce the forums rules. For example, banning anybody breaking the forum rules and things of that nature.
