Woah! Thirty chapters! And you're only on chapter twelve. You've still got a long way to go girl, but I enjoy seeing what will happen next so that's alright.
Well, I suppose that we should PM Deli and see if she wants to start the new thread when we hit page 70. I should also PM Goldie and Numbuh 1362, to let them know that we're starting a brand new thread soon enough. If you want to, by all means go ahead, but only after we contact Deli and see if she wants to.
Oh, BTW, expect a new sort of alternate reality story sometime soon.

As for teh alternate reality story concept, it takes place in a land where every kid has a magical base, a power that they are bonded to at birth. Grandfather however, had been awakened from his eternal slumber, and took over the land and enslaving it's inhabitants. Only six kids were never caught, and they were the worlds guardians, the Kids Next Door( or Sector V). They fought bravely but could not defeat GF until they combined the power of fire and light, which was enough to turn him into six magical orbs of dark power. Fearing that he would awaken and come after them them. The six kids used their combined powers to travel dimensions, hoping that they will not be found by any of Gf's henchmen, now calling themselves the KND Escapists because of their cowardess.
In this story, Rachel is the queen of the land, weilding the magic source of light, which only few can posses. Her body guards are Fanny, who is an excellent gun wielder and has the powers over sound waves, and Patton, who is only a skilled swordsman and combantant with no magic base.
Patton can't remember where he came from, except for the fact that he remembers his name. It is later revealed to him that he was actually a creation that GF had created when he ruled the land. He was designed to be a henchmen, and to be as human looking and feeling as possible, he was however not to develop human emotions. But before he could surcome to his fate, GF was defeated, leaving Patton to wonder endlessly around the dimension. One night, he collapses in the rain, and wakes up to find himself in the queens care. Rachel and Fanny do all they can to help Patton. And as he begins to become more accustomed to his surrondings and develop human feelings, he also takes up sword training and martial arts. This leads him to become the dimensions best swordsman and combatanent, which helps him gain the position of guard to the queen.
Over that course of time, Patton began to realize that he was falling in love with Rachel, but kept it secret for he knew his place as just her friend and underling. However, he does not know that Rachel had begun to fall in love with him as well during that time that he grew. Unfortunately, as a queen she must marry someone of royal bloodline, which puts her at war with her responsibilities and selfish desires.

I think I'll update again later, because tomorrow, I'll be really busy.
Nice concept. YAY! Sector V defeating Grandfather! A victory party, I say! But too bad they ran away.
Rachel, queen of the land? That sounds cool! And Patton being a 'robot' of GF sounds weird. But at least he didn't get influenced by his evil. And forbidden love once again, how romantic. But I wonder if Rachel will win her war.

Thanks about the concept. If you want, I can post the picture up on deviantart and explain the story in a litle more detail.
I made Rachel the queen of the land because I felt that since she's Supreme Leader of the Kids Next Door, it would make sense to make her queen of the land.
Sorry if Patton being created by GF freaked you out. This came from one, my love of Tsubasa Chronicle. And two, in my universe, Numbuh 273( my fan character) came up with concept. Because she already has a dark connection to GF, she gave that to Patton, and made her character one with a dark connection in terms that she is one of the main keys to defeating GF.
Heh heh, well I just really love tragic/forbidden romances, so that's why I keep adding that element into my stories. Besides, I really like the idea of Rachel and Patton being forbidden to love each other.
She does actually. Towards the end of the story, GF reawakens and Sector V returns home to face this demon once more. Before they go into the final battle, Rachel asks him if he's going to turn himself to the dark side, and he says no. He finally tells her that he loves her, and that even though he can't deny his true origins, he has grown too fond of this worlds inhabitants and has developed too much of a hatred towards evil to turn. He also tells her that he knows he can't have her, even as much as he wants her because of their positions and different blood line. Rachel then embraces him, telling him that he can look past his place in her life so that he can make a new future with her, her confessing as well. At first Patton denies the urge to embrace her back, but then give into his desires and does so. After a minute or so of embracing, the two share their first kiss.

And really nice explanation. Patton moving to the dark side, that doesn't sound like him. But I still like the concept, Prettywitch. Nice work!
BTW, new chapter of Op. LAST, Parent Trap and Mysterious Letters are up. I really have to update, because tomorrow, I might not be able to log in, because of homework and parents who think me using the computer for lots of hours is bad.

True. but him accepting to turn is sort of out of character. So as of last night, it's been changed.
I really liked chapter thirteen I must say. It was so funny to see Wally actually getting a good grade, and seeing little miss' I'm so beautiful and perfect' finally get her just desserts, and lose her bet. Good chapter overall!
Now I know you said you're rather busy today, but if you're on later, I'd like to post a new topic discussion. Also, I should have chapter nine finished in really rough draft form by tonight, so expect that for tomorow morning.

Glad you liked the chapter. I made Wally get a B because he deserves it from studying, with help from Kuki. And as for Valerie, she deserves it! I never liked her. She's the KND character I hate the most. I even like Father more than her. Even Pottymouth. He's funny XD. But still, glad you liked the chapter.
Okay. I'll check if I can sneak in later. And I can't wait for the next chapter.

Agreed, Valerie is a stuck up snob. She deserves losing to Wally for all the crap she did to Abby! Sorry, I can't stand girls like that, but then again probably no one can.
I suppose I can get it up right now if you're on now.
Even though the love bewteen to people can be strong, that doesn't mean that the people around you may accept the person you love. This can include family members, relatives, and even your closest friends. That said, here's the question.
Do you think that Rachel and Patton's friends would approve of their relationship?
I personally think that Sector V would approve of the relationship between their two friends and welcome it with open arms. Even though Numbuh 273( my fan character) despsises Patton, ultimately she accepts the relationship for she realizes that he makes Rachel happy.
Fanny however, I think, would be more disapproving of the relationship slightly. Primarily because one, because she hates men. And two, because she's not sure what could possibly happen if he made her unhappy. Ultimately she learns to accept their relationship and does nothing to interfer because she just wants her friend to be happy.

I think they would all accept the relationship. Sector V seeing the two happy, Matt seeing Patton making the Supreme Leader joyous, Bartie seeing his best pal glad, Virgie seeing them enjoying, sure. Fanny, only a slight glitch because, of course, she hates boys. But she'll be happy and she will lessen the hatred of boys because of someone...

Agreed. I assume that the boy you're talking about to soften Fanny up about boys is Hoagie. You know, it's interesting, but I wonder if Matt would go public with their relationship if he found out, and of course against their wishes.
