President equals my problems again. I like when Numbuh 4 does the drive-by shooting. Well, needs work though. It could be good with a 2x4 tech SMG-like weapon. It'll obliterate the ice cream men. *evillish laughs* I'ma gansta now. Okay, though the ending pisses me off. Damn you, father, I'ma gonna kill you for this, you good fo' nothing bulls***! I thought he locked up in his animal pen. How did he get out? That's weird. Score: 7.2
Hospital. Good sign for stealthing. As for the babies experimental. I'm pretty sure that the babies are safe, the adults can't do anything bad to the babies, that'll put them in jail, fo' life. Cree is back with her own games! In this episode, Numbuh 4 is scared to tell the truth, again. He's about to tell her the truth in UNDERCOVER and now in HOSPITAL. Right now he's too scared. Good thing Bradley is back and better than ever! Thanks to modern 2x4 technology, I summoned ROBOBRADLEY!! The latest cyborg skunk operative from beyond the woods. Well that's it. Score: 8.2
Overall: 8.0
Check ya later.

It'll obliterate the ice cream men. *evillish laughs* I'ma gansta now. *Rolls eyes* It could possibly, just possibly, be that he escaped when he was turned back into a human, and that this episode takes place weeks after GRADUATES in which someone could've just let him out? Dude.... it's a television show, it doesn't necessarily follow real life legalities. Heck, the adults on this show have themselves done things that in real life would've gotten the FBI on them. I mean, Chester once tried to feed kids to sharks, which in real life would've painted him as a psychotic killer but in the show makes him little more than a greedy goofy guy.

I have been feeling a general since of apathy about these new episodes and that’s probably a very bad sign. My expectations for these new episodes have been way too low lately. If things don’t pick up I’m gonna lose interest. And these new episodes didn’t exactly help.
PRESIDENT: This is the first episode where I couldn’t follow the plot. Why is the Fourth Grade Class President evil? What was the point of the android Pres. If the real one was just going to give into Father’s wishes anyway? And why did they do the thing with the advisor girl if they weren’t going to do anything with it?
HOSPITAL: I’ll be frank. Bradly was a character I never, ever wanted to see again. Because it’s just an excuse for the writers to do some lazy stink humor, the entire genre of that being covered in those God-awful Pepe la Pew cartoons. And no more 3/4 please. I’d rather have my ears stapled behind my head than hear anymore of that malarkey.

I liked HOSPITAL the best. I sensed some Numbuh 4 jealousy. PRESIDENT was shocking at the end. I would maybe quit school if they changed the rules to the ones that Father made up: school goes from 9:00 am to 8:25 pm, no lunch breaks and triple the homework. I'd go insane if those rules were put into action. How do we know that was the President with Father? If they could make one cyborg they could've made more then one.

Oh! What good new episodes! P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T. was pretty good. It had its points. I don't know why, but I especially liked the part where the stopsigns fly off to the adults. Heh, just the whole STOP thing I guess. And hey, with Father, I'm guessing he just took over the President's brain for the while. He sounded pretty monotone, but didn't have those weird glowing eyes. As for H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L. I liked it! I'm such a 3/4 fluffist, I enjoyed lil Wally getting all uspset over Kuki being so...zealous for lil Bradley. ("You must really like this guy...eh?" "I don't like him Numbuh 4...*all soap opera-like* I LOVE him!" Ding! Door closes. Heh and... "What's he got that I don't got...") I can't believe he was SO close to telling her! Numbuh 3 looked like she knew and really wanted him to say it (as in the likes she likes him too) God, how many years til it takes the writers to come up with an episode where he ACTUALLY tells her?! You know what? I bet they'll have the episode where Numbuh 3 tells him how she feels. ;D

I didn't follow PRESIDENT much. Most likely because I had the sound turned down for the family who usurped the room (luckily they didn't make me change it), and because of their talking. I liked the ice cream part, yes, and the stop sign er, "rocketboards", and the Delightyfuls' flambouyantly yellow floatation device (xD)... but the 'droids just confused me. And that cameo kid creeped me out with his silent enthusiasm. I was like, wtf? *shudders* HOSPITAL... I don't think I would have guessed it to have been Bradley 'til like, halfway through, but because everyone was talking about a robo Bradley, it kinda gave it away for me. 3's face after saying, "I LOVE HIM!" was reminiscent of 5's face in UNCOOL with the trading card... but moreso completely heartbroken rather than agape at the, er.... "dorkyness". And again, it was all just a misunderstanding. His face made me laugh SO MUCH. But not as much as Cree with the Rainbow Monkey. OMG. For those following the 'Hmm...' thread... See? Rainbow Monkeys CAN be used as weapons and such! ...stealth technology. hehe. xD

Answers to your Q&As:
"This is the first episode where I couldn’t follow the plot. Why is the Fourth Grade Class President evil?"
We don't know if that was the REAL 4GP at the end of the episode. And if it IS the real McCoy, his face and voice tone suggested mere weakness, not evil.
"What was the point of the android Pres. If the real one was just going to give into Father’s wishes anyway?"
Actually, it would make sense whether that was the real 4GP or a THIRD android. Basically, Father would have either somebody betraying the KND or an android framing that somebody right in his roster, while making sure the KND never suspects. I had made up a mini-story similar to this, except the good guys are the ones using the spy strategies. Here's how the tactics goes:
*Good guys' country sends two spies to infiltrate the bad guys' country. One would show minimal to no suspicion (Spy A), while the other would show a lot of it (Spy B). *Spy A meets somebody who could potentially betray the bad guys' country (Unknown Person), and weakens Unknown Person's loyalty to the bad guys, as if it is even high to begin with. Unknown Person, of course, does NOT reveal any of Spy A's activities because he dislikes the bad guys to begin with. *Meanwhile, Spy B's job is to risk his life by trying to make himself seem like a spy. Of course, bad guys, despite their poor training (they rely on numbers), don't believe that Spy B could be a spy because he is too inept at it to be trusted as one. *When Spy A tries to escape and some soldiers from good guys' country try to escort Spy A out......AMBUSH BY THE BAD GUYS. *But guess what? Unknown Person is presumably fighting alongside the bad guys. Right before the faction from the good guys' country could be crippled, Unknown Person slams a harsh betrayal onto the bad guys. (From this point on, Unknown Person will be Heroic Traitor.) *Of course, Heroic Traitor isn't fully trusted on the spot by the good guys, because he's too capable of lying and the bad guys may be playing games with the good guys. But when Spy B comes into the picture and helps reveals Heroic Traitor's true loyalties, it turns out that Heroic Traitor is loyal to the good guys, particularly Spy A. *So there you have it. The good guys' country now has not one, not TWO, BUT THREE people who damaged the bad guys' operations right from the inside: a spy whose tracks was covered by the other two aforementioned people; another spy who was trying to get covered by suspicion to seem like a spy; and a traitor who finds himself becoming loyal to the first spy.
The point is, if you have like 57490257498502134740932798 androids of somebody, it's easy to either frame them OR make them seem good at first (by sending in androids that the enemy would catch, and thus you kill off any suspicion they could have had).
"And why did they do the thing with the advisor girl if they weren’t going to do anything with it?"
You got me.
Anyway, Operation: PRESIDENT may be setting up Operation: SNOWING.

OK. That makes a little more sence. It sounds like a more complicated plot than was needed for this, though.
I don't like "set-up episodes" as much, because the set ups are either blantantly obvious or something I don't care about in the first place.

The impression I got was, as Juigi said, he wasn't evil, just weak--the entire episode basically portrayed him as a coward, and someone like that would wet his pants at having to argue with someone like Father (who more than likely used some sort of intimidation to get his way).
I'm glad I'm not the only one who dislikes Pepe le Pew, by the way.

Hmm.. I think the reason they had the supervisor, was to show the audience that Father would somehow be involved, as well as the DCFDTL. I mean, they are the KND's biggest enemies, right?
Anywho.
PRESIDENT was alright. I was a little shocked when they just left Numbuh 3 there but. Over all I'd give it a 7.
HOSPITAL was alright, as well. About a million 3/4 hints and about one 1/3 hint. Only about 1 2/5 hint as well. If you haven't seen them, I won't give anything away. Not that maybe the 1st couple pages haven't but oh well. Overall, I'd give it about a 8.2. I was glad to see some 2/3-ness AND the return of Numbuh 6.

PRESIDENT: This episode was pretty good. Although it didn't have that many funny moments, the action made it fun. HOSPITAL: I found this episode to be... well, ok. Bradley's appearance a an interesting surprise though.... I can't think of anything else here.

PRESIDENT -- I don't see why people don't like this episode as much. It was really great! Though that contest winner was really, really easy to see. I could've done without that second appearance as the bus drove off. It really threw me for a second. The stop signs thing was so awesome! Four looked like he was having a blast until he got hit by that strawberry ice cream. (And he landed against a "Rainbow Munchies" sign. Hee. ^^) I'm tempted to squeal "1/2" like a fangirl because of the little interaction they had there. ^^ That and One reacted more to Two's being yanked out of School Bus One than to the fates of the rest of his teammates. However, One getting busted on his vote was funny. XD "I thought it was a popularity contest!" (In the fourth grade, it is, Numbuh 1. It is.) And I don't think the president is evil. He looked like he just couldn't stand up to Father. Poor guy. I'd hate to have been in his shoes during the debate. I mean, it looked like he really didn't want to announce that school was being extended to 8:25 PM and that there'd be triple homework. HOSPITAL -- I knew Bradley was coming back because of "Operation BEST," so that wasn't a surprise. I was just surprised that they were tying something into the first season. Speaking of the first season, who else had a sense of deja vu when they busted into the hospital? I nearly screamed "OMG! CAKED!" I like that little bit of dork! One with the whole babies thing. XD His leaps of logic rule. ("Why are babies in the hospital?!" I'll tell you when you're older. ) mad scientist! Two was funny. I now desire an icon of him. @.@ Unlike a lot of people, I would've been so angry if Four had confessed. It was funny and cute how the whole thing worked out, but I prefer 4/3 as the eternal chase. I would've gotten incredibly bored if they were together. I mean, where's the fun in that? ~Cybra

PRESIDENT-the fact that the real president got pushed off the bus instead of the android-thingy in that one scene was way too predictable. I didnt particularly care for this one. it was just...ehh...nothing too good about it.
HOSPITAL-I liked this one better than the other one. I cant think of who's cuter, ROBOBRADLEY or regular Bradley...there were too many Three couple hints. i mean, there was 1/3, 2/3, AND 3/4. it kinda got to me after awhile. Also, as much as I hate to admit it, the 1/3 scene was pretty cute...still didnt like it much but it was kinda cute...**is NOT a 1/3 fan as you can tell** But It was sort of nice for me to see 3/4 hints and whatnot. I mean, it feels like i havent seen anything 3/4 related in the eps since.......HUGS(which was one of the WORST episodes ever but i wont get into that)........so i was glad but i kinda cried at times...i miss my 3/4 loving...(i need to get out of the whole 1/4 thing sometime..for a while)
Anyway, HOSPITAL was better than PRESIDENT IMO

Also, as much as I hate to admit it, the 1/3 scene was pretty cute...still didnt like it much but it was kinda cute... I actually didn't see that as a 1/3 hint until you pointed it out as such. I just saw it as One being a caring leader towards one of his teammates who was upset. :::shrug::: ~Cybra

P.R.E.S.I.D.E.T.- I missed half eppy because I was at the movie theaters seeing "The Grudge"(man, that movie was scary ). But the other half of it wasn't that exciting, for some reason. **shrugs** Probably because I was a little unaware of what was really going on. I guess... H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L- Man, I was too jumpy for this one when I saw that Bradely was in the little preview thinger. But then the huge amount of 3/4ness was a little too much for even my taste. I'd rather watch BEACH than this. Ohhh, the agony of disappointment.**hides in a dark corner**
