I think she was going to lower her score. That's what I was thinking. But it's not fair though that she'd skip right down to a triple F- for Valerie.

So, the boys only have brothers, and the girls only have sisters? So far the Delightful Children from Down the Lane and the Intersting Children from Underneath the Mountian (I think?) have had opposing-gender siblings. Maybe Numbah 86 has brothers. She seems like she would. I doubt Nigel has any younger sibling since he doesn't know why babies would be at a hospital (H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L.) and we've seen no evidence that he had older siblings either. He really seems like an only child to me.
I like the part at the end of H.O.U.N.D. were the teacher is a were-dog. I doesn't prove she's an evil adult, but he working for the school make me think she is. It would make since if the school falcaty were all evil adults trying to brainwash kids.

She also says she has a brother in FUGITIVE.
86: "You're just like my idiot brother, always goofing off!"

I wonder if they are going to be the traditional Japanese family with kimonos(sp) and how you have to take your shoes off at the door before walking into the house and what not, or just the normal americanized Japanese family.

I would be more interesting if Kuki's parents were more traditional Japanese.

Mmm.. I'm wondering what happend to the school days going til like 8pm or something. It wasn't dark when they got out of school or anything. Maybe they decided against it cause the kids had no time to do chores and stuff.

When I come over to my Japanese friend's house she asks me and everyone else NOT to take off their shoes. She says feet disgust her and she can barely even look at her own. I don't think it's a cultural thing it's just an odd quirk

Maybe they decided against it cause the kids had no time to do chores and stuff. Someone on Mo Willems's website said something about the episodes being out of order. Mo Willems replied that not all episodes are in order. Sometimes they mix it up a bit. an example: Since they had TRAINING way before GRADUATES, it could've gone TRAINING, and the next week could be GRADUATES.

Today though, many japanese are so americanized that the old traditions are never found. BTW... they would wear socks and not be bear foot.
