Excuse me, KIMBERLY. My name is Rebecca, from sp cows, and this girl "kim" stole my character and picture and name from that board. Now she has been extremely cruel to me over the past few months, and now she is stealing my possesions. That is MY character, not hers. This is illegal, and if you do not change your name or character I WILL sue you for copy right infringment. I am a moderator from sp cows and sp role play experience. I have this girl's IP address and I know where she is. Now if you do not give up my character I will be sueing you and the police and international security and persons will be informed. It is not rediculous. I am 100% serious. This is theft. It is not tolerable. She has 24 hours, believe me, this is no joke. Check the link, this is my character.
My friend had the picture on photobucket, but is now deleting it so that she can no longer use it. This is my character, and she will not use it.

well I dont know. This girl who is pretending to be my character used to be on my forum, before she was banned for numerous purposes. She obviously could not come up with her own design and had to take mine. Take it up with her. All i know is, that is my character and name and she stole it.

Look this situation is out of control I know. Pandora has my complete 100% backing, and you even have the evidence of a real member here. I am an admin of the SP cows and I know what trouble this girl has caused. Now she thinks she has the right to steal someone else's character and use it on another forum. To be honest. I really can't see what you would want or see in a member with a low IQ that resorts to stealing another persons character, all because she cannot think of her own.
I know Pandora, and I will not see her in such a state all because someone, who has scared our forum, has stolen her identity. Pandora is right it goes against copyright rules. If we cannot handle this appropriately now, then the proboards staff will be informed and both of us will go through the authorities.
I think we can get over this with diplomatic negotiations. Our demand is that this conformist drops her disguise and should be punished. Banned if necessary as I have a doctrine against her. I have a list of crimes that she has done in the past. One even includes attempting to hack. If e do not come to an agreement then prepare to have your forum intervened by the people at proboards.

Look, I'm a mod for this forum. I have no idea who this person is or why she crashed the forum. But if she is who you say, we'll ban her. I can't do that at the moment, so our other active mod will do it when she comes on.
One more thing. Don't make threats to bring to the ProBoards people here. Don't bully us and make demands of us, because none of us know who any of you are.

Well I believe the Proboards staff has a right to know someone on their boards is breaching copyright. Also, demands, they are only to ensure your own safety, as well as preserving your board. These are just measures that any normal person with a sense of right and wrong would take. It's not as if we have any problem with the rest of the board, it's just she cannot get away again. Too many times has she done terrible things and we had to ban her just to stop. I think it's been about 4 or 5 boards now that she has left damaged. I just want to know that this time she is not getting off so easily. I poured myself into that character, and for her to use it, offends me as a person. Also, because this character has specific attributes and faiths, I have been personally offended that such a conformist little girl is using 'kim'. It sickens me and I just want it stopped now.
