"What's that?" Lex asked Vic.
Vic showed Lex his notebook. The notes were written in Greek and showed two planets united into an hourglass shape, the outside was the protective hourglass: a second ozone layer. Written in Greek was the names 'Gaia' (Earth) and 'Zorba' (Mars) the notes depicted a perfect world where everyone can live in peace and tranquility. Vic then flips the page and shows drawings with measurements of bird-shaped star battleships."Numbuh 362 personally asked me to do her plans for 'Project: Confederate Robin Government' a new utopia created by the Kids Next Door, Teens Next Door, and Adults Next Door. She envisions a future where the people's will create a super-democracy, one far better than anything seen."
