For the record, I e-mailed Mr. Warburton himself to ask about Numbuh 1's birthday to see if it happened earlier and he's still 10 or if it happened currently and he's 11. Here's his message:
a couple people have asked about the age thing. we DEFINITELY know numbuh five is the oldest. and we DEFINITELY know numbuh three is the youngest. but we're not sure where the middle three are! but from what i hear, JEWELS takes place on numbuh one's 10th birthday which was a while ago! shows don't always happen chronologically.

I found hugs adorable, but not as adorable as Caked-3. The sequence of Wally teaching the monkey (voiced by frank welker with typical greatness) how to be tough was the best part. followed by Nigel's teasing at the end.
Best line: How do I get myself into these messes? hehe, fits wally to a T
Jewels i found interesting because it brought up a bit of Abby's history. How she knew Heinrich (hehe "Hieny") and what exactly happened in Guatamala. it adds to her mystery. Plus as a 1/5 fan, I totaly dug the ending.
I think Heinrich is supposed to come back in Operation: Chocolate next season. But that's my theory from reading the episode description.

My reviews are at my site, as usual. But I'm confused about the whole Birthday thing too. Since officially Abby is the oldest KND operative and Kuki is the youngest, Abby and Nigel must both be eleven now. I was watching Operation: F.O.U.N.T.A.I.N. tonight and my theory is, after watching this episode and KND being transformed into babies, that Numbuh 5 is the oldest, then Numbuh 4, Numbuh 2, Numbuh 1, and Numbuh 3 is the youngest. Just my opinion, though.

I'll say one good thing about "H.U.G.S." that it showed BOYS at an RM thing AT LAST!!

Hugs: I love the rainbow monkeys there! Jewels: I LOVE IT! It shows Abby fighting for a candy for Nigel's Birthday (Cute) I guess this is one of the most 1/5 episodes...cute!

Numbuh 4's new WRASSLER robot does have a new way of defeating enemies. Just give them the bear hug! Numbuh 3's big mouth does it again in H.U.G.S.! It is now proven that certain girls can be extremists with their rainbow monkey love, and that Numbuhs 1 and 2 are also anti-Rainbow Monkey.
As for J.E.W.E.L.S., I think considering candy to be jewels is not as funny. But Heinrich's arrival is just to great. He's definitely the head of the Sweetstaffel. Numbuh 5 does it again with her "rules" about sweet eating. Last time it was the rules about ice-cream eating!

Yes, Numbuh 5 has many rules about eating sweet things but I have to accept that rules are cool!
