Perhaps there should be a limit of adoptables and sig bars allowed. You mean like their threads? Cuz that seems a bit silly. If someone wants to draw things for other peoples sigs, they should. Its the responsibility of the person getting them to make sure that if they put them in, they will meet the guidlines.

Is there a limit to how large a image file in a signature can be? Perhaps we should implement one. For instance, all the images in someone's signature cannot exceed such-and-such KBs when added together.

I was under the impression that there were already file size as well as height/width limits on sigs, but it seems like very few people actually heed them and they're not really well enforced...

I just double-checked the rules... there seems to be a file size limit.
I think the signature size needs to be enforced better. I don't mean criticizing someone if their signature(s) happen to be, say, over 5 pixels from the limit, but try to cut back on the super large ones.

If you are going to go overboard with adoptions, may I suggest linking to a gallery of your adoptions? Or doing rotations? Actually... that sounds like a pretty good idea. I'm gonna use that.
