Iron Maiden fans, huh? Personally, I like "Run to the Hills." If I ever became a pro wrestler, that would be my theme as a heel (bad guy). (as a good guy, or babyface, I'd probably use "I Hope You Die" by Bloodhound Gang)

Any of Sarah Brightman's songs, in particular those from her Dive and Fly albums. I can listen to both of those CDs over and over and never get tired of them.
I'm also a fan of Broadway musicals; some of my current favorites are The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Sweeney Todd, Wicked, The Lion King and Les Miserables.
