Umm...
Copypasted from a Website:
"Taki thought he knew exactly what he was getting into when he accepted a job at the church as an assistant -- and he was mostly right, although the job description never mentioned dealing with zombies, When night falls, the mysterious priest Shikimi and his new assistant venture into the graveyard to destroy the freshly risen dead. The enigmatic priest always seems to know when and where these creatures will appear, and as the days go by, Taki begins to suspect that the danger may also come from within..."

Have I recommended Train Man yet? It's totally cute. And interesting because it's a shoujo from the boy's POV. And involves message boards!
Basically, this guy is a total Otaku with no life who's never been on a date. He goes to this message board for single geeks to brood about being single. One day, he's sitting next to this cute girl on the train, and this drunk starts making trouble. The guy tries to stand up to him, but is gonna get punched until another guy gets the old man in a hold. Two old ladies he was on the train with and the girl want to send him a formal thank you for his actions, and the girl also sends a set of two teacups.
Mostly, it's about how this geek gets advice and encouragement from all these OTHER online geeks, and develops a relationship with this girl.
And it's based on true events from 2004. Only no one actually knows who Train Man and the girl are, save the actual people. The whole manga (and TV series, and movie) were formed from the archived posts of this 2channel forum.

That demon pastry thing updated.
Unfortunately, it's gotten pretty typical. The gorgous girl who wants the guy for herself and is willing ot kill the heroine for him, the guy who hates the hero and tries to get back at him through the heroine, blah, blah, blah.
