Not really a commercial, but I'm not too fond of the"adult swim" clips they have on the channel after commericals and before the show. All those clips are too odd (Those who watch the channel know what i'm talking about).

Burger King once had its own cast of characters. The King was never that creepy in the early days. He was joined by Sir Shakes-A-Lot, the Wizard of Fries, the Burger Thing, and their answer to the Hamburglar, the King's arch-enemy, the Duke of Doubt. Really? When was this? The last time I saw Burger King with a mascot, it was these hipster kids--one of them wore a cap and shades and I think his name was Zack--and they always said "At the Burger King Kids Club, Kids rule!" As for the McDonalds characters, I would imagine they jumped ship because they never wanted to star in another video game for the rest of their lives (Warning: Language). Sadly they later appeared in a Sega Genesis game.

That McKids one, I had the Genesis version: Global Gladiators. It was one of the first Genesis games I ever got, as it was under the tree with the system itself (plus Sonic 1), along with Taz-Mania, WWF Super Wrestlemania, and Mike Ditka Power Football. It was probably McDonalds' attempt to clean up their image and show they were environmentally aware after being called out for using beef grown where rainforests were demolished. The BK mascots you speak of, that is the Burger King Kids Club. The leader was Kid-Vid, who you mentioned as Zack (never heard that name). He was joined by Wheels, a boy in a wheelchair, computer geek IQ, who resembled an early rendition of Chuckie Finster should All Grown Up ever be produced, a girl with a camera named Snaps, and a black boy named Jaws. I think they were later joined by a Hispanic boy named Lingo. You can learn about the BK Kingdom here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burger_King_Kingdomwww.tvacres.com/admascots_burger_king.htm
