What recurring resemblance? Mr Wigglestien was mentioned in one episode, then he disappeared. The only evidence we have that he and Father are connected is from Numbuh One, and he's not all that reliable when he gets paranoid.
Even if he was right, Mr Wigglestien could be an ancestor of Father.

I was looking at the qustions fourm and it said None of the adult were i the knd so all of the adults are the originals,Besides the ones that were teenagers

The fact that so much of it doesn't add up with information in the other episodes (other episodes are about kids becoming teens and teens becoming adults) I'd say that it was the result of Numbuh 1's imagination gone wild. But that "they know" at the end is kinda suspicious. I will say, however, that he is right about kids creating adults. Because kids eventually grow up to be adults.
Anyway, really good episode.
