Yeah, my naming scheme is just to take a part of the name of my pokemon and add "eh" to the end of it.

...I didn't think anyone would actually figure that out...

But yeah, I thought to think of things that have to do with fire. So I thought of fire benders from Avatar. Then I thought of Zuko, but Zuko didn't seem to work for me. And then I thought of his voice actor, and decided "Hey! Dante is a cool name!"

And since I got started I'll list the reasons for my other nicknames-

When I caught Chingling I thought to name it after something musical. And "Treble Clef" didn't really work, so I decided to go with famous composers. And I figured Amadeus is the coolest name ever.

When I caught Stunky I thought I'd be clever. So I named it "Rose" because roses smell nice and skunks...don't. See? I was being ironic! ;D *gets pelted by tomatoes*

And as for nicknaming Golem "Rocky"... do I really need to explain that one?

Edit: But yeah, most of the time, I think of it's type(fire, water, grass, etc.), or what it looks like (horse, fish, leprechaun, etc.) and just work with that for a nickname.

I love my Torterra so much because it has such a high defense. So even if it's facing a type it's weak against, it still has pretty good endurance.

Yeah. I tried a different game with a chimchar, and I couldn't beat the first gym leader at all! Luckily I didn't save.

Grr... I'm so mad at myself. I finally figured out it was Friday in the game (I have no idea how to tell the date in that game) and I saw a Drifloon. But I accidentally killed it, because I accidentally used an attack that was way too powerful.

I got Pearl last week and I already have 7 badges. XD But I still have NO CLUE how to get past that guy who's blocking me from getting to Sunyshore City because of the major blackout on the road. T_T

I've already beaten the Galatic Boss and freed the three ledgendary Pokemon from their cages in the Galatic's underground lab, too. Plus those darn Magicarp are still flopping around in the Valor Lake area. I can't find Lucas or my rival. I'm lost. XD;;;; I would love some tips, thanks. ^^

My Staravia (STARFIRE) and Prinplup (PRINCE) recently evolved into Staraptor and Empoleon! I took out Maylene's Rukario with one hit of the move Close Combat!

My team is super strong! ^^ My Manaphy is Lv. 80 , my infernape is level 68 and the rest are lv.100 I'm so proud of my manaphy =D BTW anyone get into that ribbon place at the resort area yet? (were the annoying lady always kicks you out because you don't have enough ribbons or something?) I also need to get a razor fang to evolve my Gligar but I need 48BP XP

Hmm...I accdiently made one of the legendary living on the lake Pokemon faint, and run from another. Good thing I didn't save. phew! ^^ Do I need an ultra ball to capture them? Since I've already have used the Maseter Ball on Palkia.

Ok so Allie, you mean mesprit? the pink pokemon that's in the wild? Well to catch that one you will probably need a pokemon with Mean Look and/or use an quick ball on it or did you mean the 2 others? Azelf and uxie? ^^;....and yeah I used my Master ball on Dialga XD I was gonna use a ultra ball but then it had like one hp left and it was burned (and i didn't save before battling it....) so I was like "CRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!" so I used a master ball LOL...

Um, just so you know, you can easily capture Dialga/Palkia without a Master ball. Ultra or Dusk balls work quite well...

Mesprit, yep. IT RUNS EVERYWHERE. XD I can't catch up with the little buggar. I found him in the cavern and now it wants to play with me. XD And I can't catch Azelf or Uxie... even if I do have 105 ultra balls, lower their hp with strong attacks. XD; Still there's no way for me to catch them...I'm going to really miss their cool music while battling them, too. XD

And don't worry, I used my Master ball on Palkia too, so you're not the only one, Shimai. XD He's Dragon/Water. Freaking Awesome. What type's is the other Legendary pokemon, Dialga?

Steel/Dragon, I already caught Mesprit w/A master ball and Dialga with the Ultra Ball. Oh, if you have Golbat, you could use mean look, but careful! It might flee first. Same thing as Cresselia.

EDIT: Use Poketch App 13 Marking map, U will find Mesprit.
