First of all, it's not 86 who asks 3 if she likes 4, it's 2 other girls. Numbuh 12 and 23 who start playing "truth or dare".
What Tako said is completele true, Chad was using a Bra, but as a diference to Cree's BRA, this is not an armor, this is a full body costume of someone else.

Yeah, that's what I thought also. CreeLincoln was incorrectly remembering the commercial because I could've sworn that it was a bunch of giggly girls that were asking Numbuh 3 the question, definitely not Numbuh 86. But yeah, the commercials can't be incorrect because they're taken from the show.
