I thought that too, but I compared them, and they're both tall and have the same sandy-blonde color of hair. I think the reason they seem so different is because Numbuh 35 was wearing heavy armor in UNDERCOVER, and he was also yelling over the wind, so his voice sounded different too. I think they're the same person, but I could be wrong. |

206 appears? I thought that all the time the girl in black bandages was 362 and 206 disappeared after the ship crashed.

No, Numbuh 206 stole Numbuh 86's jet, fled to the DC's mansion, and fought with Numbuh 86. When Numbuh 86 panicked over the toenails, he ran away down a hall. Then a few seconds later, a person wearing similar clothes, but with a distinctly female voice, ran down the same hall the other way. The girl (362) reached the front door and was knocked out and apprehended by Numbuh 1. Numbuh 206 was in the episode. He has a deeper voice so that you can tell.
