Basically there’s this safety freak in the senate that wants to make sure kids everywhere are safe, the senate (US) doesn’t care since they all hate kids so they gave the guy billions of dollars to “research” and provide safety for kids (They really just wanted him to stop bugging them) meanwhile kids are jumping on swings trying to see which person would leave the most damage in the concrete when they land, Numbuhs Two and Four show up and they say Numbuh Four’s the champion at this competition but Baby Joey distracted him when he was about to go up. Baby Joey started dancing and threw his diaper off thus Numbuh Four went slipping into the concrete without making a very big dent. He lost and got mad at baby Joey, but then a bunch of safety crazed robots (Sent by the safety guy) started rapping kids in bubble rap to make sure they don’t get hurt. Then Numbuhs Two and Four got in one of Numbuh Two’s ships and tried for the tree house to find out it had already been bubble-raped by the safety robots, leaving Numbuhs One Five and Three inside. They crashed into it when Baby Joey threw his diaper off again hitting Numbuh Two’s face so he couldn’t see thus making them crash into the tree-house. Numbuh Four yelled at Baby Joey telling him to go home since it was his fault they crashed so Baby Joey left. then Numbuhs Two and Four were faced with another safety robot trying to bubble-rap them but they took out some hedge clipper-type weapons and destroyed it. After that the safety guy was pleased his safety robots were making sure the kids couldn’t do anything but he was double-crossed by his robots saying another threat to kids were indeed adults, they tried to flee but the robots took over the world and one of the robots got Baby Joey saying he was “Unsupervised” and not safe. Then the safety guy showed up and met up when Numbuhs Two and Four were attacking other safety robots, they decided to go to shut the robots down but the head robots noticed them and had them bubble-raped and showed it had Baby Joey and was keeping him “Safe” and it said it was going to make the whole word safe by bubble-rapping the world. Then Numbuh Four apologized to Baby Joey saying he was wrong to yell at him for his dancing and Baby Joey started dancing again and throwing its diaper off, the robots was laughing and clapping for Baby Joey to keep dancing because it was cute. Numbuh Four broke out of the bubble rap and threw the hedge clipper-type weapon at the robot, the robot shot at the clippers and it started heading straight at Baby Joey, but Numbuh Four jumped and threw Joey out of the way. Then he showed the robot that the robot was a threat since it shot the clippers and giving Joey a cut on the face, the robot destroyed itself when it saw it had been a threat and an explosion happened and Numbuh Four was launched into the concrete making a huge dent there. They pointed out that he had made an all time record but Numbuh Four didn’t care since he thought Joey was hurt, but Numbuh Two pointed out it was just ketchup, then Numbuh Four fainted.
And that was the end other then them playing with bubble rap at the end XD
