Can I lighten the mood by saying I loved Detective Kuki (however easily distracted she is) and I almost busted laughing at the Delightfuls' last line ("they did it!")? I never expected them to say that.

And reverting BACK to the discussion, I never saw how anyone could possibly have a favorite" Delightful UNLESS it was Lenny, since he is the only one that separated from the group for a short time. My theory is taht it's all aesthetics.
Meaning they like how the character looks.
Which is like saying Brad Pitt is your favorite actor because he's cuter than all the others (which is moronic, since Johnny Depp is cuter AND a better actor).
That last line in PARTY was just such a KID thing to say. Not to mention the inflection was hilarous. XD

When you have "Detective Kuki" on the case, you know things probably aren't going to get solved. In fact, she was really on a mission to finish coloring her map and she really only ended up stumbling into the mystery and tripping over the solution. But you can't help but like her anyway--she's so fun and bouncy that you just can't help her infectious, wasterful cheeriness.
And getting back to the DCFDTL......actually, I think the conversation has gone off track, so now I'm all confused.

Kuki's one of those special characters that's always worth a laugh since all you need to do is put her in a situation where she's way over her head, then watch her muddle throught it without any idea of what she's doing (FASTFOOD is a great example of this).

Very true. My two favorite lines from CRIME were: "Worst. Party. Ever." DC: You're smarter than you look. Kuki: I AM?  She's an airhead, but SO cute at it. And she can be effective when she isn't distracted.

Never mind....It my fault ^^; I forgot to put a piece of the puzzle in and when you hold it up it fell apart...I forgot to say (ok sorry I guess don't hate them....) that I like a little something about each charatar.... for example: Father's Big eyes.....Lenny's big eyes and his LTDFCD form, and I guess hoagie's "Abort button?" line from party....(yeah I just loved everything in that episode! XD) ok yeah but david....it's just nothing about him....David's the only KND charatar that to me has nothing likeable about him.... exept whinnie likes him...-_- yes she's my oc, her main purpose is Shimai's best friend but yes... is that make seem a little nicer ^^;; XD I really did sound harsh there but now it's fixed ^^ It's not just that you were harsh, you were also - so you seem to me - irrational. As gabbie pointed out, the DC all have the same personalities and they were only briefly in Z-form. How can you hate Lenny and David? And saying "oh, it's okay, I like Lenny's eyes" doesn't make it "okay". Your inability to find something about David that you like saddens me, but that is beside the point.So, can you actually explain to me why you hate these characters? What have they done to earn your ire? I dunno....I guess I just don't like david....  I'm not gonna say anything else... *end transmission* start a new topic... |

She's only been in 12 eps to date--if you count WHITEHOUSE-- plus an appearance inn 1 new ep for certain. That's only and average of 2.1667 eps per season if she doesn't appear after GIRLFRIEND. Seasons three and five only had 1 Lizzie ep each, while Season four had four, and there were no appearances in the movie; just a reference to her. That was fun. I'm gonna count up the Father eps next! |

That's right. I've got the Production order of the eps right next to me, and GROW-UP is the only ep from Season 1 Father appears in.
Nice way to end the first season, actually. Introduce the Big Bad, complete with flames and kickass battle.
