Hmmm... I just had a thought...
Perhaps the entire episode LOOKS like numbuh 4 tries to tell numbuh 3 his feelings, BUT it turns out that in the end, that was not his intention... maybe he torched her rainbow monkey by accident or something...

OR MAYBE Mr.Warburton knew we'd think he was thinking that we were thinking that,so he IS going to tell Numbuh 3 he digs her!!!!O.o I just confused myself.... |

and the actual acronym was:

I thought that was really wierd....
