I finally saw this movie and loved every single minute of it. Let's just say that I adore Dash (wtf, the cutest thing ever). The retro aspect of the movie just rocked my socks...I love that kind of thing.

I saw the Incredibles a while back. It was a REALLY good movie. It had some of the best action sequences I've ever seen in a movie, and I don't know what people are talking about saying it wasn't funny, I think I got a good amount of laughter out of it. My fav character is either Violet or Syndrome.

I'm sorry to bring this topic back up, but I loved the Incredibles. Edna was hilarious, and the final battle was fun.
Did anyone else get the DVD? It had a lot of amusing extra features, which I'm going to describe now.
Jack Jack Attack: This is what happened when Kari was babysitting Jack Jack. Basically, she plays Mozart to him, and he gets access to his superpowers. Kari discovers this when she shows him a flashcard of a campfire, and he bursts into flames. It was pretty funny. "The baby was EXPLODING! Have you ever seen an exploding baby?!" My favourite part was when Syndrome showed up at the end.
Mr Incredible and pals: A cartoon obviously meant to parody the superhero cartoons of the sixties and seventies. It's about the adventures of Mr Incredible, and his pals Frozone and Mr Skipperdoo, a bunny in glasses. There's also a commentary option where Mr Incredible and Frozone watch the cartoon and are disgusted, especially at Mr Skipperdoo. Lady Lightbug, the Russian villian moth thing had a lot of good lines, especially "Your attack is as ineffective as your system of government!" And Mr Skipperdoo. He is a wonderful parody of cute animal mascots.
The button and doors sequence: A montage of all the buttons and doors in the movie, set to dramtic music. Often followed by explosions. It's surprisingly funny. Possibly because of the all the exlosions.
The Incredibles done sock puppets: It's what it sounds like. One of my favourite special features on the DVD. And Bob sounds a whole lot like Kermit the frog. And this line: Bob's boss: Money money money! Bob, listen to me! was funny. I feel like transcribing the whole thing now.
On the subject of the movie itself, Bob's boss looked a lot like John Howard, the Prime Minister of Australia. Apparently it was unintentional, which is interesting because there was a character supposed to look like Howard in Finding Nemo.

I have the DVD.
That movie is HILARIOUS! *Dash=kawaii* He's soooo eager! A WOOJIE WOOJIE WOOJIE WOO!
And I quote:
ROBOT SCENE.
Mr. Incredible jumps on the platform and we hear a crack.
Mr. I: Oh! Ow! My back!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
And then when the robot streches him.......
strech..............strech..............strech............CRACK!
Mr. I: Ohhh...............hahaha!
End quote.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Edna=hilarious.
And I quote:
Edna- So ask me now, before I again become sane!
End quote.
That movie rocked. My dad loves it. It was so funny how Mr. I gets into his car and suddenly Buddy is sitting there, and he says: Okay! We're ready to roll!
Just think about it, it's really funny! Some creepy kid suddenly appears in this guys car!
THINK ABOUT IT!

I am, and I don't see why that's so weird.
Yes, Edna is really funny.
"You are Invisigirl! Fight! ...And visit me again, I do enjoy our little chats."
That was paraphrased.
