Okay, there is one I must mention...
It was a cartoon called "Grimm's Fairy Tales." It was an english-dubbed anime series based on, yes, the Fairy Tales of the Brothers Grimm. And it was a good adaptation too--this show didn't candy-coat the stories like most versions do. For example, the story The Spirit in the Bottle actually didn't end "happily ever after."
And yea, Are You Afraid of The Dark? was good too, though I kinda agree with the consensus that it went downhill after the campfire kids got replaced.
Here's hoping both the above shows get put out on DVD.

It was Rocko's Modern Life.
I was a huge Animorphs fangirl when I was ten, and I taped the show. For some reason I really liked the theme song.

Rocko keeps on getting mistaken for a kangaroo and sometimes as some other species of animal.
In one episode, he gets mistaken for a dog by a dog who runs a dog pound.
