By the looks of it, It's a movie I'd like to watch. Kind of reminds me of two old favourites, Office Space and Spaceballs. Anybody seen them? Yeah , I agree. The policeman in the movie , PC Mackintosh is voiced by a northern British comedian, very popular over here in the UK Parodies everywhere...

Spoilers ahead.
I saw the movie a few months ago, and loved it. I loved the original shorts, and the movie was even better.
I noticed the may contain nuts thing, but I was grossed out instead of amused.
Hutch wins an internet. The funniest part in the movie was when Wallace was sad, and Hutch said, "The bounce has gone from his bungee." I laughed for ages, and would've laughed more if I wasn't worried about disturbing the other people in the theater.
Why was it a full moon every night? I guessed that Wallace would be the were-rabbit when he was trying to cure the rabbits of eating vegetables, but my sister guessed it when the mind altering thing first came out.
Favourite parts:
Hutch: The bounce has gone from his bungee.
(On what will kill a were rabbit) Reverend: A bullet! (lightning flash, his face freezes for a second) Victor: A bullet? (lightning flash, his face freezes for a second) Reverend: A bullet! (lightning flash, his face freezes for a second) Victor: A bullet? (lightning flash, his face freezes for a second) (Victor gets up and closes the window)
Lady Tottingham: It (the golden carrot) belongs in the festival! Victor: It belongs in the were-rabbit!
The scene with the dogs and the change purse. If you've seen it you know what I mean.
And the scene where Wallace is trying to draw out the were-rabbit.
Gromit's reaction when he finds out who the were-rabbit is. Poor dog.
There's a few things that confuse me about the ending. Firstly, the dialouge and Gromit's expressions imply that Wallace died from the fall, while still in were-rabbit form. But I thought a golden bullet was the only thing that could kill a were-rabbit?
Second, Gromit takes the bullet in his engine so that Wallace won't die. He had to have known he wouldn't survive the fall. Then Wallace jumps off the top of the building so that Gromit won't die, and Wallace apparently dies. What was the point of that?

Some of the other people in the cinema were grossed out about that scene.
I loved that bit too. XD hilarious. I was laughing at that bit for ages too , it didn't annoy anyone since they were all in laughing fits about that part too.
Don't know....I didn't guess it would be Wallace I thought Hutch was the were rabbit...
Oh I loved that bit too. XDD. I also like when He says 24 Carrot...though I didn't get it at first..
Victor is one of my least favourite characters..I think its said that he wants to kill the rabbits to get rid of them..its just so cruel.
Lol. XD. I was crying with laughter at that bit with the dog and his purse..
Yeah. Poor Gromit...
I agree with you there..if only gold bullets can kill a were rabbit how come he dies when he falls...
I also agree with you on that...

I may have found that funnier because I had a computer program called the Cracking Compendium, and played with it a lot when I was seven. One of the games was a bungee jumping window washing game, and the line, "The bounce has gone from his bungee," was played when you lost a life. And you could listen to that clip all the time, and it's what my brother said when he was talking about the shorts a few months ago.
It was more of a "It would be SO COOL if Wallace was the were-rabbit!" thought than a "Wallace is going to be the were-rabbit" thought, to be honest. I was confused because although the signs were increasingly pointing to Wallace, there were those scenes with Hutch.
I didn't like him either, but he had a lot of good lines.
I was reading this tie in book in the bookshop, which was Gromits diary during the tome of the movie. I didn't get up to the part where Wallace died though. I wanted to.
I tohught of something else. Did Wallace and Gromit move house or something? They lived somewhere completely different in A Close Shave.

I see why you found those lines so funny then. Oh right , Yeah I was thinking that , even though the proof that wallace was the were rabbit was coming together I still thought it was hutch until I saw the scene where Gromit goes into Wallace's room and sees half eaten vegetables on his bed. Thats when I belived Wallace was really the were rabbit. Yeah and that line , ''I want to pay'' XD you know when He meant his hair. XD. I found that funny. and Wallace saying about the hare as in an animal. I hadn't seen any books out , oh that sounds like a good book. I might see if I can get it and read it. I love to read books..but thats going off topic. Lol. They must have although I don't remember the episode because I was young when I watched it. Another thing you noticed Gromit can walk like a human but sometimes He'll walk like dogs do , on all 4's.

I noticed that about Gromit, but never really thought about it.
At the start of A Close Shave, a truck stops at a red light outside Wallace and Gromit's house. And in The Wrong Trousers, Feathers steals a jewel from a museum in a big city. It's weird.

And Wallace and Gromit in the movie live in a village....That is weird..

So... You've seen it then?
Did everyone else have to sit through the Madagascar short first? It was pretty funny, but I liked Wallace and Gromit first.

I saw the movie in September, and it's really strange to see a Christmas short in September.
