Okay, lets bring this thing to a close everyone! I've counted up the votes for the final round, and without further ado, our winner for the greatest Anime Womanizer of all time is... MASTER ROSHI and indeed he is Samurai Girl. Congratulations Roshi for winning our competition. You will receive no prize of course, but you do have the pride of being the greatest womanizer in our book (you dirty, dirty lecher). So, anyway, here's a picture of our champion.  Aw, now could a poor, innocent, old man like him really be such a dirty pervert? (...okay, yeah he could) But at any rate, that pretty much raps up the competition here.
