I saw them two years ago on the Pop Disaster Tour they did with Blink 182. Green Day puts on a dang good show!
However, I'm not much of a big fan anymore. If anything, I like their album Dookie, but that's about it. I can't listen to their newer stuff. I'm not a big fan like I used to be.

Greenday's pretty good...not one of my favorites, though. I love American Idiot! And anyone who goes on tour with Blink 182 is prolly my kind of band ^_^

I've been a fan of Green Day since my Junior High days (six years! o__o) ...and they, along with The Offspring, I felt were the bands of my youth, as those two were the first bands I really got into. We even graduated to "Good Riddance". Fun, fun. ^_^
It's relatively sad that just because they released some Anti-War song they're all likeable by the mainstream again... p00t.

(xP) I didn't think it was anywhere near their greatest song. At all. Hmm, though, I am a bit pleased to see that they're still making music... it's been a while for them, yes yes? I just hope all their newer songs aren't as annoying at "American Idiot". Dookie is an EXCELLENT album. Though, I really love Nimrod as well... *squints* Billie Joe, where did you go? >> |

American Idiot Rulez! My favorite song by Greenday is Good Riddance (Time of your life). Think what happened if the Kids Next Door got decommissioned. Very sad. I like the acoustic guitar and the violin in this song. Also the chorus. Good song though.
