Nigel Uno didn't know what to do. He didn't know where to go. Should he just leave his friend here? Or take him back to his own bedroom? He decided against it. Questions would be asked, and he didn't want his friends thinking he was insane.....because he wasn't. There was no way he could be. Sure, strange things had been happenning, but it was the world that was insane, not him. There was nothing wrong with Nigel.........really........
Eleonora listened to all of the theories and worries that swam in the minds of people in the room. Her pschycic abilities were an advantage sometimes, but sometimes they caused mayhem. If only she had more control. Suddenly, all the thoughts stopped. 'Alright.' She thought to herself, being able to hear herself think at last. 'I'm going to find out what's wrong with Nigel, no matter what. Something is definitely happenning to him.' Eleonora left the room, with her two claws flailing in the air because of the brainwaves going through her head. Abigail watched after her. 'I wonduh if Eleonora's goin' ta find Numbuh 1.....Numbuh 5 hopes he's okay....'
Eleonora Ie walked down the hall of the sector V treehouse until she came to the unconscious figure of Hoagie. Her eyes windened at the sight of him. She concentrated on his brainwaves, and they seemed to be normal. 'That's a relief.' She thought. 'I wonder if......no....that can't be right.....Nigel would never.....' That's when she saw him. Nigel stood in front of her, focusing his frightened eyes straight into the surprised ones of Eleonora. They stood there......motionless......for what seemed like an eternity.......
"I did it, Eleonora." said Nigel at last, his eyes clouded with tears. His arms were shaking. He didn't think he'd ever been in this much pain before. Never in his life. "You.......but......why?" Eleonora knew exactly what Nigel meant. She didn't even need to read his mind. "It.......it wasn't Numbuh 2 when I kicked it.....it was a robot! I swear!" Eleonora's eyes seemed to shake as she looked at Nigel. She had never been so worried in all her life. "Nigel........what......are....are you implying that Hoagie is some sort of......" "Shape shifter?" Nigel finished. "I.......I guess I am.....but that's not what I'm TRYING to say......it's what I'm saying.......but......." Nigel collapsed on the floor. "But........I don't even know........if it's true........I don't know WHAT I did, Eleonora. Please.......help me........I'm......so......so scared." Nigel spoke through sobs. Eleonora shook her head in disbelief. "I don't know what's going on..........I don't think I ever did..........all I want is for all of it to go away.......can you make....can you make it go away?" Eleonora, overcome with sympathy, said the only thing that seemed humane. "I'll make it go away, Nigel. Even if it kills me."
