I think this was WAY off. Numbuh 2 and the kid are FRIENDS after DOGFIGHT, and he ADMIRES the guy.
And.......uh......'most strongest'? It should be just 'strongest'.
I don't mean to be too critical, but you tend to go off character a bit. Other than these two flaws it was a very good story, though.

It was very short, but very descriptive.
It sounded like something out of a textbook.......but I liked that style of writing.

Chapter 10: I Am All Of Me
Everyone left except Numbuh 3. This time it was personal. " Kuki, open your eyes. Don't you see that mankind has damaged the planet, contaminated the waters, destroying the forests. The future my organization offers is a excellent one." said the evil demon dragon. Clarissa was about to attack, but Kuki's S.A.A.A.S fires a ball of superheated plasma sending her straight to space, Clarissa's Red Flame left the system forever. " Because of you, I killed my sister, you almost killed Wally and Nigel. So its time to end this once and for all!" said Numbuh 3. Her S.A.A.A.S fires its cannons at Devil Dragon Commander's wings. " How dare you hurt me!" yelled the demon. The battle was above the sky. "Burn!" said Devil Dragon Commander as he fired a huge flame, Numbuh 3 dodges the flame. "Numbuh 3, do you read me? This is 86. I've managed to find the weak point! Fire at his head. The head." said 86's transmission. Kuki fires the plasma cannons at the demon dragons head. Devil Dragon Commander took heavy damage. " Rainbow Control." yelled the demon. The demon waps behind Kuki. " Die you lizard!" she said as she U-Turns to the demon. Kuki fires with all her might, she was letting go by her hate and anger. Nonstop shooting. " No! I'am invincible. I am the supreme being that controls the world. I am immortal........ RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHH!" yelled the dragon as he fell to a watery grave. It was all over. The war was finally over.

The Final Chapter: Takeover of Kids.
Space Colony KND, the Bernal Sphere space station was opening its plasma cannon and it was charging up. All of the world leaders must be exterminated if they dare to resist. " Now! Its time for a era were the KND will rule this world! The goverments have failed into bringing peace! This is now our Era." said Numbuh 362 who was ready to modernize the world. " What about cultures and history?" asked Numbuh 3 who was in the plasma generator room, " Don't worry, its still the same world! Nothing is altered. We are modernizing the world for a better future." said Numbuh 362. Some nations gave up and let the KND agents take over the goverment. The plasma cannon fires rightly at Washington D.C. The world was shocked at the scale of destruction. Asia, Europe, South America, and North America finally fell to the KND. It was now and era of modernization, energy production and research and a better future. Time passes and the world is now an ultra futurisic utopia, no more wars, no more hunger, no more adult tyrannaty.
The KND reached its goal.
