I asked this last night, and I was surprised at how fast Numbuh Eleventy Billion was able to send the answers. ^^
WARNING: very long message. It seems that I've brought my mile-lengthy writing even at my questions ^^; dare if you wish to read....
Some may have been asked previously but, I mean, I have no idea what other people have asked him as well. Right?
NOTE: I cut some parts coz they were REALLY long and some are for... well.. I asked him a couple of questions about "the animation business" (doubt no one else is interested at that)
Stuff in boldface are about the show. My comments are in yellow.

wow! those are some meaty questions you've got there so i'd better get
a fork and knife and DIG IN!
Q: I'd love to know how you came up with Sector V's personalities. Did
you have a basis or a source for them? Like for example, based from
you,
a friend, etc. ?
A: the KND's personalities are based on basic archetypes (the fearless
leader, the tough guy, the silly girl, etc). but the trick is to find
out how the strong guy is weak, the silly girl is smart, etc. that's
how
you build character.
Q: Aww, there's still no Season 7. If ever it ends, (like how all
things
do... *sigh*) it'll cause much sadness. Of course, it's impossible to
keep it forever. I had this weird idea of reopening it (by the time I'm
around 21, which is still in about 6 years ) provided that it is
allowed and of course, with your permission. If ever it is not against
the law, would you allow it?
A: well, cartoon network actually owns the show now so they might not
take kindly to anyone 'reopening' it. but you never know.
I do hope CN is a generous company.
Q: It's one of my dreams to become a professional animator someday. As
in your case, I think you've achieved this one already. And in a very
profound height as well. How did you start out? Like, how did you
submit/propose the idea to Cartoon Network? Was it
difficult/nervous/etc? And when they finally approved of the idea, how
did they assign the army of animators, CGers, background painters,
voice
casts, etc? A good advice from someone brilliant is pure gold .
A: it's kind of a long story, but you can find out some of it here:
fridays.toonzone.net/interviews-warburtonwillems.html
Q: Most of the scenes in the show are really wacky and creative. I
really like the idea of the treehouse, the arctic base and the
moonbase,
how the episode titles are acronyms of the show's plot and how the
initiation ritual is performed (hahah). Any of them based from
experience or an idea of a friend?
A: well, i like to consider everyone who works on the show a friend.
except that one guy in the color department. he's weird.
LOL.
Q: How old is the minimum age to join the KND? How can you be qualified
to become an undercover agent even when you're already 13?
A: there's no minimum age ! if you can fight adult tyranny and are
under
13... you can join! but to join the ranks of the teens in the kids
next
door you have to be the bestest of the best of the best best bestest
who
are BETTER than the best. and then pass the written exam, which i hear
is really hard.
written exam?!?! man, aren't the school exams enough...
Q: How do you get admitted to the KND? Like, for example, where they
sent a special "for-kids-only" message?
A: if you're the right kind of kid- i'm sure they'll find you. and
there's no one way they'll contact you. but i hear that putting secret
messages carved into the meat of your sandwiches at lunch is a frequent
tactic. that way you can eat the evidence.
Ehem. The one I'm feeling so HOPEFUL ABOUT!!!
Q: Currently, Season 6 is on production. How many more seasons are you
planning to have?
A: no show on CN has gone to 7 seasons yet, and i'm not sure we will...
but hey- you never know! but we HAVE been telling the sooper powerful
execs over there about some of our ideas for a 7th season and they seem
excited about some of the big changes we'd make to make it even more
exciting!
yes, I know, "they SEEM" but... i mean.... the excitement is just contagious!!
and there you go!
