That stuffed Hogan...is that the old Tonka Wrestling Buddy? I had Hogan and Randy Savage. I also had the WWF VCR game, the complete set of the first Hasbro action figure lineup, an old WCW comic, some WWF Magazines, and numerous Apter mags.
Whose autographs do you have? Did you get to meet some wrestlers? What were they like?

I saw Jericho (WCW days) and Sting. I didn't really say anything because it was a "get an autograph and go to the next person" kind of thing. My brother got me a Jimmy Hart autograph. I failed to get Kane's though, but he had only one exit out of the building, so he walked pass me (That guy is friggin huge!). Do you have any autographs?

Unfortunately no. The closest I've come to meeting a wrestler is, I've talked with Earthquake on the wrestlecrap forums. If I can ever get to a show again, I should hang around the entrance afterwards, or check out some local bars and clubs in case someone stops in.

Somtimes when they leave, you can get a picture. I remember a show where fans were actually jumping on Stone Cold's car. Ya, I saw the Earthquake forum on Wrestlecrap. That's really him? They've advertised Sting on the radio. The other ones I've heard from others.

Do you know anyone who's met any wrestlers?

Not personally, but people on forums are always talking about their experiences meeting certain wrestlers. Cena's supposedly a really nice guy, as is Foley. The only person I've consistently heard bad things about is the Honky Tonk Man.

Honkey Tonk's a jerk, huh. Which websites did you hear these things from? (I looked on Wrestlecrap and couldn't find anything). Plus, I want to find a good forum to join. I'm thinking of joining Wrestlecrap, but want to see if there's any other ones that just talk wrestling in general instead of all complaining (Although it can be fun to complain sometimes ). Someone with Foley's autograph? That's cool ;D (He wasn't one of my favorites, but he can put on a good match).

Mainly wrestlecrap. I also heard from some people who met Cena over at www.gtaforums.com (it's a Grand Theft Auto website, but if you scroll down the side, and click on Sports Discussion, you will get to the sports webpage with a sticky called Universal Wrestling Topic). Also, someone on that board said he used to work at a bar where wrestlers would come by back in the 80's. He said Jimmy Hart was really cool, and liked just about everyone but the Rougeau Brothers (he used to play pool with Jacques Rougeau, and if Jacques won, he would push it in his face). About Honky Tonk, the joke goes that you can't spell "Bitter Old Hombre" without "HTM." He completely overcharges for autographs, and can be downright rude to the fans if they mention someone else was a better IC champ than him. He never has anything nice to say about anyone on his Internet column, and recently he took left-field shots at Rick Steamboat, another of my all-time favorites. Another person I would NOT like to meet is the Ultimate Warrior. I don't know if you know much about him now, but he legally changed his full name to Warrior to maintain the rights to his character. That should give you an idea of his mental state. He speaks about his political and philosophical beliefs, and the guy's to the right of Mussolini. Do you know about the infamous UConn speech? Here it is. It's over an hour long, and some parts may be considered very offensive, but it gives you an idea just what he's all about now. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxZWjJyw3rg&search=Ultimate%20Warrior%20Uconn%20SpeechAs for message boards, you will always get IWC smarks complaining just about everywhere. I tend to think of wrestling fans as an angry mob with no real consensus on what we're angry at, as we all have somewhat similar, but still different beliefs as to what can and should be done to improve the product. Usually, I look for a balance between elitist smarks who do nothing but complain, and marks who blindly sing the praises of whoever's popular. Like I said, most places will give you both. I tend to like wrestlecrap because, while we certainly don't care for everything Vince or TNA does, most people there have a sense of humor about it.

I haven't seen the interview you post (I"ll take a look at it later ), I have seen his website though. I was told by one of my friends to watch his DVD (I still haven't borrowed the Bret Hart one I bought my brother for Christmas, have you seen that one yet?). quote: "As for message boards, you will always get IWC smarks complaining just about everywhere. Maybe I should read the wrestlecrap forum again.

Ok, you're right , it's not all complaining and angry mobs chasing Cena with pitchforks ;D (I saw the Molly Holly appreciation thread, now there was an underrated wrestler because she didn't look like a stripper. Too bad, she was a good wrestler). But I'm sure I'll be in angry mob mode once Wrestlemania rolls around though.

When JBL was champ, everyone was complaining about him, and calling him the worst champ ever, and saying Cena saved the WWE. Now they're ready to crucify Cena and are counting down to when HHH takes the belt again. If that happens, it will only be about a month or so before the HHHate starts up. If you do join wrestlecrap, over there I'm known as MolotovMocktail. Just a heads up so you can find me.

quote: " If that happens, it will only be about a month or so before the HHHate starts up." I'm used to that ;D. That's been going on forever since he's been and stayed champion a billion times .

Are you still lilsw, or do you have a different name there? Hey, there you are, wwecutie. Have you seen this on wwe.com? It sucks if this is true, but something seems fishy. MJ was never technically employed to begin with, and they usually say, "We wish him well in his future endeavors." I hope in the worst way that this is a work.
