Hehe, these are my own theorys, Not Mo or Tom's..
I just figured that they answer so many fan mails.. If i could try and answer one it would save you, and them, some time

1. Why and how did chad suddenly grow twice his hight and a whole new face ( chin) within a couple of shows/cartoon mounths.

He turned 13.. he went into puberty? xD

3. how dose the treehosue made whole so many times. It was cut down or blown up almost 4 times?

Well, in GROW-UP, the treehouse was destroyed, But at the end of GROWUP, Numbuh 1 said how they better get to work, treehouses don't build themselvs.
And if you watch the credits, They're working on blueprints, and slowly building the treehouse back up.
(on a side note, I personally think that the Moonbase should have come to check up on sector V, in that episode. When a KND Treehouse is destroyed, don't you think they should be worried?)

And in END, 86 confiscated the treehouse, because she thought the whole sector had turned 13, and to keep Numbuh 1 from going back to the treehouse to get weapons and 2x4 tech, she just took it.
At the end of END, after they rescued the Moonbase and 86 realized they wern't really all 13, She gave them back the treehouse, and put a big bandaid on it. x3

Since then, the treehouse has gotten extra armor, and has been givin extra technology to protect it against Teenage, and adult tyranny.
Maybe when it was confiscated, the moonbase did some upgrades on it's defense system?
In operation LOCKDOWN, that was some pretty heavy Technology, and armor.
hehe, i'm not really sure. But the show does explain things verry well, in my opinion.

Yeah, also, in LOCKDOWN, Numbuh 2 said that he designed the treehouse (I think... or maybe my memory's bad), which kind of surprised me. I thought that since it was Numbuh 1's house, that Numbuh 1 would've designed his own treehouse, but then I remembered that the treehouse had been rebuilt at least twice at that point, so Numbuh 2 probably was able to design it and install a bunch of advanced security and stuff in it. That's just my theory though.

I'm still wondering how Numbuh 2 designed the treehouse and Numbuh 5 is the only one who knows the code! I'm not sure anything was added to the treehouse since GROW-UP, just because it looks exactly the same.

I got a freaky question, who told Numbuh 5 the emergency bypass code? Is it Numbuh 1 or Numbuh 2? Well someone's gotta answer this! XP But what else? Did Numbuh 5 made that code by herself? Did Numbuhs 1 or 2 told Numbuh 5 not to use the code? That's freaky! What else the history of KND would happen? Father is taking the world already, Sally's coming back or Numbuh Zero would betrays us again after he defeated the sooper dooper eviller villian than Father? WHAT ELSE?! Nobody knows, anyway. It's a big mystery, y'all.
