Good evening.
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the ending of Operation SNOWING.
Wally says he wants nothing to do with romance, Kuki gets angry and shoves him, Wally asks "WHAT??" and Abby says, "If you don't know, I'm not gonna tell you."
There we see that Abby KNOWS 3-4 like each other (or at least, that 3 likes 4), and notice that she neither tries to reconcile them nor drive them apart. She knows that the two are eventually going to come around ("she owes me a quarter!") and obviously doesn't want to come between them.
I'll say that she only looks at Wally like a little brother, and as a fellow combat operative at most (fanfic "Birthdays", and MY fanfic which will follow), so trying to look more into that doesn't seem like it's going to bear much result.
