Whoops. I only just realized how misleading that looked. I actually changed it to "NumbuhInfinity", because it makes it seem a lot more clear about what I'm referring to.

Thanks I was expecting a totally different reaction.
There's one thing that's bugging me. I can see a lot of couples but I can't see where 2xLizzie is coming from. And I won't take 1+'5 8eC@U$E TH3Y'R 80+h f@+!!!!!111!!! answers.

2/Lizzie exists because some people feel that everybody in a fic has to be paired up, whether they show signs of liking each other or not.

And Lizzie gets in the way of 1/5, and some people seem to think that Hoagie does too.

I don't think 2/Lizzie works either because Hoagie deserves better then a controlling, hope-less romantic

and I'm kinda mixed when it comes to Nigel breaking up with Lizzie. Although I am a die-hard 1/5 fan(not because Lizzie and Hoagie are fat) I do think that Nigel and Lizzie do have some sort of chemistry. I haven't seen D.A.T.E. but in P.O.O.L Nigel can tell Lizzie apart from Eizzil just by a glint in her eye. And in S.N.O.W.I.N.G. Nigel risks life and limb for that girl. But if they ever had any friction in their relationship, I think Nigel should break up with her then, because she is controlling and she is pretty selfish and Nigel deserves better.

Personally my reason, why Numbuh1 left for Lizzie in L.I.Z.Z.I.E is out of....................................................................REBOUND. I think before he met Lizzie, Numbuh 1 must been suffering (without letting his team know) in silence from being brokenhearted or an UNREQUITED love. So to get over, he desperately patched up with someone who was crazy for him and wouldn't let him go(I think he was busy making that decision at the end) He doesn't seem to care about looks(that might be from fact on the count of his boldness) He just seem to want somebody who he can trust and care for him.
Why did he stay with her in L.I.Z.Z.I.E but broke up with her in C.A.K.E.-T.W.O.
I don't think Numbuh1 was OOC for that. THIS is the DELIGHTFUL CHILDREN we're talking about: The ones who are always after Numbuh 1 the most, The ones who always torture and try to kill him, the ones who made him BALD! Numbuh 1 couldn't bear the fact that Lizzie sided with them over him, all for frosting and he couldn't be with someone who he feels isn't trustworthy. Lizzie didn't need any helmet. All she needed to win 1 again was to help/save him/stop the DCFDTL/whatever. After she saved him, she won his trust again and they made up.
..........The pain and sadness of loving and caring about someone deeply and the fact the the person may/do not feel the same way as you do and end up falling for somebody else. :'(The empty void inside you that you wish to fill it all up with somebody who loves you and never leave you. That's why I feel that Numbuh 1 really does love Lizzie(though I don't think he started to actually "love" her till C.A.K.E- T.W.O or later in the series.) But though he does love her, I don't he can stop thinking of the last person he loved. That's why he doesn't want to lose Lizzie, In S.N.O.W.I.N.G for expample, he kept fighting the president to save Lizzie, NOT willing to lose her and pointing she loves HIM. When he heard Lizzie said say the president's name, saying she loved him instead, despite that she was being possessed by the helmet, Numbuh1 was really heartbroken, discourage and upset feeling that he lost Lizzie to the president just like he "lost" the last person to somebody else and fearing of returning to that lonely empty void again.
To point out the good parts, I admit that Lizzie did seem to develop more or less thought the series. She no longer tried to change their treehouse, she's friends with Numbuh 3, the team seems to fairly except her, she helped her friends in P.O.O.L, she proved her loyalty and trust to Numbuh1 and she felt compassion for the old people in one episode. And NO, Numbuh1's old crush is NOT Numbuh 5! Though he does seem to care about his teammate, I don't think he trusts enough or would fall in love with anyone who left him for BALD!
So I can understand why 1 would would love Lizzie ...........................................................BUT I STILL DON'T LIKE 1/LIZZIE AND THINK HE SHOULD DUMP HER LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER PEOPLE HERE DO! ...................just maybe.....not right now......

i, for one, think that they should deffinatley break up. numbuh one deserves someone who doesn't go around and demand stuff 24/7. he even said that she's date crazy. i don't care if she's fat or skinny or even a little taller, she's still gonna be lizzie over all. and i'll pray to God that operation: BREAK-UP is gonna be about them breaking up.

While I agree with most of your post, this part here is just... highly unlikely, if not impossible, to say the least.

Nigel is ten years old. He won't have the kind of emotional problems you're trying to pin on him. If he were a teen or an adult, this could fly. But not a kid.
