If I write a oneshot, it probably wont be too fluffy. Maybe some friendship fluff, but not a bunch of kissy stuff.

I like stuff to start friendship fluff and build up to a bit romatical fluff but not 'Kissy Kissy' fluff.

I used to be head over heels for kissy stuff, but I'm like friendship and a bit of romance now. Anyway, I'd better get to work! (I haven't started. I'm so lazy...)

No need! I have finished my oneshot (of doom)
Don't expect a good story. It's not very good, and I'd LOVE advice.
It's REALLY short, and I wrote it REALLY late, so... yeah
--------
The corner of the box of cereal felt cold against her sweating palms as she picked it up out of the cupboard. She pulled it out, and stumbled to the refrigerator for the milk, making herself a enormous snack of cereal in a huge mixing bowl. The milk waterfalled out of the carton, echoing slightly as it hit the metal walls and swept over the bits of color. The treehouse was so silent, that as she raised her big wooden spoon and tried to fit the whole bite into her mouth, she could hear the cereal crunch loudly between her small white teeth.
Sonia had turned on every light she could reach as she walked down the halls, making sure that she wasn't scared, so everything was bright. It was the silence that scared her. Especially after that dream...
No, she told herself firmly, I won't think about the nightmare. Sonia nodded. Too many times had she went and woke up one of her friends when she was terrified after a bad dream. She asked politely if she could sleep in their room, which meant that they had to have their light on. They were pretty patient, and never got angry at her fear, but she hadn't forgiven herself. I wasn't fair that Patty and Lee lost time off of their sleep whenever she dreamt about monsters or ghosts. It wasn't their fault. They shouldn't have to be punished...
Her eyes welled up with tears of exhaustion and fear, and she lay her small head down on the counter. She didn't wear her pigtails, so her white blonde hair fell over her shoulders, stopping a quarter way down her back. Softly drifting off, she flailed slightly and knocked her whole bowl of cereal off of the counter.
Sonia snapped awake, jumped off of the stool and went to get a towel. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," she whispered softly, hoping that she hadn't woken her friends. She couldn't have taken them out of their sleep the first night that she had wanted to be brave...
"Sonia?"
She turned around timidly, seeing her friend Lee standing at the kitchen door. He wore a T-shirt that was so long, she couldn't tell if he was wearing anything underneath. His light brown hair fell over his eyes in a mess, so he pushed it out of his face.
"Oh... Sorry," she whispered, forcing a smile, "You can go back to bed. I'm sorry..."
Instead of that, he came and sat at the counter, taking some candy out of the container in the middle. Unwrapping it, reveling a sickeningly sweet grape scent, he said, "You had another nightmare?"
She blinked, continuing to wipe the already clean floor. "N-no... I just... wanted to eat."
Lee looked at his watch, by the looks of it a flat yo-yo with numbers. "At three in the morning?" They were silent for a moment. "What'd you dream about?" His voice was hoarse and tired, but he was also insistent on staying up.
"Nothing... really..." They locked eyes. "OK, OK, maybe..."
Lee sighed and shrugged after she remained silent for a moment. "It's OK, Sone. You don't have to tell me."
As she stood, her hair bounced up with her, the tips of it soaked in white drops of milk. "No, I... alright." She sighed, "But don't tell Patty. Or anyone."
"OK."
Sonia took a deep breath, admitting to her cowardice. "I dreamed that there was this monster... and he wanted to attack the treehouse."
Now that she said it, it didn't sound bad at all. Great, she thought, Lee must be really impressed.
"Hm..." Lee murmured, unbeknown to what he was supposed to say.
Oddly, Sonia found herself laughing. She laughed for a moment, and at the last of her giggles, she said, "I scare way to easily."
The two smiled, and finally, Lee said, "You know Rainbow Munchies are made of real Rainbow Monkeys."
Looking down at the cereal box, Sonia said, "But their so good," in a mock whine voice. Then, "I know, I wasn't going to eat it. Well, I was..." She paused, "But I can't... I mean, I was tired. I don't know what I was doing."
"Yeah. Riiiiight."
Another light in the treehouse came on, and a redhead staggered out of his room. He cocked an eyebrow at his friends, smiling evilly. "What are the lovebirds doing up? Making some Friday morning breakfast?" He nodded, "How romantic."
Lee smirked and Sonia rolled her eyes. "Shut up," Lee chuckled, "Gosh..."
Patty grabbed a handful of candy and shaking his head, whispered, "You never know," And left.
Lee shook his head, still grinning. "Night, Sone." He said, grabbing another lollypop and leaving into the bright hallways.
Sonia stood alone and unafraid in the kitchen. Her smile was long gone, and she was deep in thought. Finally, she took a deep breath, stuck a piece of gum in between her lips, and quoted, "You never know."

This foum is filled with modest people. That was really sweet, I missed Lee's yo-yo though. And I guess, this takes after Patty's hair accident?

Well, yeah, I didn't put Lee's yoyo in there because I didn't know if he was obsessed enough to bring it to the kitchen to get candy with him... I tried to put his yoyo in here: "Lee looked at his watch, by the looks of it a flat yo-yo with numbers." but that was just a yo-yo shaped watch And I'm not sure about the hair incident. I dunno where it would be on the timeline.

But it probably takes place before since he still has his hair, right?

I just got a weird idea of what it would be like, if when Lee was eighteen if he got drafted to war...
