Twisted is certainly right, but I think it's a neat direction to move in. Maybe the two of them will try to conquer the world. Well, maybe not the world, but something. ;D Plus, I think that Mushi's character is rich with potential. I'm already looking forward to her next appearance!

The twist in CLUES was an awesome starting point. Though perhaps KASTLE was the REAL beginning of Mushi's development. CLUES just moved things along and SPANKENSTINE established her has completely different from he older sister. I like that. They aren't the carbon copies they seemed to be.
Not sure Sandy has the ambition to go after the world (his schemes revolved around getting a queen), but now that he HAS a queen... Although she's more intersted in getting revenge on Hoagie.
Either way, I sure hope we get to see her in Queenly garb. That'd just make my day.

We could see some neat angst here for Kuki when Mushi and Sandy eventually clash with Sector V again. Actually, I'm liking this setup the more we talk about it. Hopefully this plot thread will be picked up soon!

I'm rather hoping it does NOT come down to a battle with Kuki. That plotline is so overdone. Good sibling vs Evil sibling... bleh. We have plenty of that with Abby and Cree.
Now, a Ultimate Showdown between Mushi and her minions vs Hoagie and... well, Hoagie. THAT would be awesome.
So, who wants to draw Mushi in some Beach-related Queenly garb?

No battle between Kuki and Mushi? I'd miss out on that. There's almost no correlation to the relationship between Kuki and Mushi vs. the relationship between Cree and Abby. Also, Abby and Cree are warrior women. Kuki and Mushi--they do things radically different. Kuki's a lover, not a fighter. This doesn't mean that she won't take up arms against her enemies, but she doesn't have a lust for battle by any means. The only real way to get her angry is to do something personal to her. When she gets angry, she's won't hesitate to direct the full force of her rage on the one who made her that way. I'm sure we could ask Numbuh 4 all about that. Also, Mushi may be smarter than her sister--it's already been established that she's a diabolical mastermind who single-handedly cowed Count Spankulot and harnessed his powers to create a monster. Who knows what she'll be capable of with Sandy as her ally?!

But why would they fight? Mushi's quarrel is with Hoagie, not her sister. Unless something really big happens, there's no reason for them to fight one on one.

Mushi might have a quarrel with Hoagie, yes. But if she and Sandy hatch any schemes that draw the attention of the KND, and Sector V is assigned to the case, well, there's your conflict right there.
Remember, Mushi already has an evil streak, it won't be a big jump for her to become a real villain. She's got motivation enough since Hoagie's with the KND, not to mention she could also decide to rebel against her sister's ways (note--this would probably be less of an anti-Kuki sentiment, and more of a second child "asserting" herself by being different from the first.)

True, but I can't see that her goals would change so easily, especially considering what a small-time villian Sandy is. Both their goals were always personal: Sandy to get his queen, more as revenge for being jilted, I'm sure, and Mushi to get Hoagie for his role in getting her grounded for life. There's not much of a catalyst for her to become some world-domanating overlord.

Maybe not a world dominating overlord, but Mushi does seem to be thinking bigger. She's still very young, and Sandy may end up being only her first stop in her development as a villain. It may not take her long to use Sandy up and become someone else's protege. I think it depends on if and when she ever gets her revenge on Hoagie, and perhaps more importantly, if that will be enough to satisfy her.

I'm definitely not disputing that Mushi has the potential to become a serious threat to the KND as a whole, but I think she'll have to finish her business with Hoagie before she can move on to bigger things. And since Hoagie's one of the good guys, we can't be sure she WILL get her revenge. She may end up in a sort of Character Purgatory. Or she may decide to destroy Sector V as a whole just to get at Hoagie. This can go in many directions, each more intriguing than the last. Whatever happens, I'm looking forward to seeing what Mushi will do next.

Maybe the moral of the story is to never trust the cute young kid. You just never know when it may all be a cover for eeeevil.
Perhaps there will be a parody of that classic film "The Bad Seed" that revolves around Mushi. That would be very cool.

If I had ever seen the Bad Seed, I'd probably agree with you.

Rather than a threat, I see Mushi as a possible member of the Kids Next Door. Not a good, devoted member, mind you, but a conniving and irresponsible one that will manipulate people around her to do her bidding. Yet somehow, I see her more as a KND scientist than a field operative, though.

Considering her recent activities, she won't be getting into the KND wihtout some serious redemotion activities.

True. While Mushi could probably make some noteworthy contributions to the KND, the company she keeps and her penchant for putting her own selfish ambitions ahead of the greater good will likely keep her from getting into the KND unless she has a serious change of heart. I wouldn't turn my back on her for a second, though!
