I was pretty dissappointed that Lizzie wasn't in the movie. I like her character. She's cool, annoying, and funny at the same time ;D. I like 1/ Lizzie also.

I'd love to find some Nigel/Lizzie fics myself; IC ones. Something that is actually a comedy (sorry, I'm not a big fan of angst in KND), and character or pairing is being bashed. I still need to go surfing KND fics at FF.net again.

I don't mind 1/Lizzie as much as I don't completely mind 2/5. 1/Lizzie is not my favorite, nor do I despise it. If Lizzie were in Operation: ZERO, the movie would have gotten way too into Nigel's personal life. Unless we had seen her become a zombie or something.. but other than, that, it was already deep into Nigel's personal life.

At least they brought her up. In a mommy-sort of way. Socks? I would never shop for socks for my boyfriend. Unless Maurice asked for some. *wink wink nudge nudge*

The total lack of Lizzie (just "your girlfriend"? - SOB) in ZERO was absolutely tragic. I love that girl. Granted, she was referred to as "your girlfriend" and "my girlfriend", which declares her as such. She's Nigel's girlfriend. Canon. And buying Nigel's socks is adorable. X3

I don't understand why people don't like Lizzie. Okay, she's a girl. And, oh, she's headstrong. And, oh, she's fat.

I like the ship mostly because I'm a Numbuh 1 fan (amongst many other things) and, well, if it's Lizzie he wants, it's good enough for me. Besides, they are quite hillarious.

I agree. If Numbuh 1 really likes her, and he is happy with her, then I am happy for him. I'm serious. As long as he's happy, I'm happy. I feel bad for the guy.

That's why I'm not a total fan of 1/Lizzie. Sometimes, Numbuh 1 does not seem happy with her. Well.. sometimes. But still. Overall, there's something about their relationship that does not make the perfect couple. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the poor little hairless dude. *wink wink nudge nudge*

See, I don't believe in the ideal "perfect couple." Every relationship has its flaws, it's ups and downs. But Nigel and Lizzie are happy. Who cares if they're not "perfect"? That's so unrealistic.

They have their love spats, but thats normal. Especially for a relationship between people who are so young. There is no such thing as a couple with no arguments. The strength of the relationship is shown by how they can move past those arguments and still like each other.

No, I know. But what I actually meant by the perfect couple is.. like, what God's plan is. Everything happens for a reason. Yes, you're right. They're young. I want to see what happens to the two in the future. I mean, in the way future.

Seriously though, I'd go with Heraclitus on this: Everything flows and nothing abides. Change is the order of the day. If there are no churning impassioned arguments in a relationship something's wrong.

Lizzie!hating makes me sad.... granted she's not my favorite character. But you can't deny that 1/Lizzie is in fact canon. And no, "weLL i tHinK thaT sO and So iS bEtteR fOr NiGie" does not change that.

Lizzie is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most hated character in all of fandom. Why? True she has bad qualities -- can't fault that -- but the level of bile I've seen displayed is quite odd. Anyone care to clue me in on this? Why no love for Lizzie?

I think a Spewfic is something you have to have as a ship -- something like the dotty old enbarassing cousin every familly seemingly has.
