Well, I'm not a fan of triangles, because there aren't too many that are obvious to me. Some of the triangles that have happened in the KND are as follows:
Lizzie/1/10 (HOLIDAY)
4/3/The Kid (CAKED-FOUR)
4/3/King Sandy (BEACH)
Um.. gee, this is harder than I thought. XD Well, there's most likely more, but my brain is dead right now.
I guess this could work: 4/3/Bradley (HOSPITAL)
Anyways, so my point is that there are some triangles here and there. I don't have a favorite. Heck, I don't have a triangle that I like either. ^^
If it were ever an option, then Lizzie/1/5 would be one of my favorites. But there's been not much proof of that yet, so I can't say much.

The difference is, a love triangle is just that--a love triangle. An OT3 can be a love triangle, but it more oftenly means a threesome >XD Though it depends on the person I guess ^^

Wally/ Kuki/ The Kid
and
5/ 2/ Cree
I'd say Wally/ Kuki/ The Kid is more realistic since it's positive that Wally likes Kuki and The Kid flirts with Kuki in CAKED FOUR and RECESS (They have to show that one more ;D).
For the other one, it's funny how 2 hits on Cree, I'm still waiting for more 2/5 proof though (COUCH is the closest thing I think where 5 gets mad at 2 for growling at 10 when watching TV).
