Partner can mean different things ^^; But for numbuh 4's . . . partner in crime/hang-outs/fun: it's definitely numbuh 2 partner in battles/mission: It's mostly numbuh 5 partner in love: Of course, it's no one else but numbuh 3 ;D nyahahaha Ha, Right  |

Well I guess they could be partners in fighting. Numbuh 1's got some pretty good moves of his own, and Numbuh 4...well, he's self explanatory.

I'd naturally say Numbuh 3 is best for Numbuh 4, but only because there's so much evidence but also because I thought they suited each other before it became really obvious. They're both kind of soppy, and they've both got a soft side and a tough side (but Numbuh 3 usually shows her soft side while Numbuh 4 shows his tough side).
But if we're turning Numbuh 4 gay, then I think the best slash couple is 1/4. Not completely sure why, that's just what I think. I've read quite a lot of good 1/4 fanfics. *shrugs*
