Because in Op. ZERO, after they were recomissioned and told that they would change back at any time, they both gave a certain look at each other...but then again, they might be brother and sister so, I don't really know.

I kinda doubt they're brother and sister since Lenny is black and the braid girl isn't. Frankly, if anyones related, I'd say it's the two blond kids. |

I think hes got italian blood in him, or hispanic at the very least ...While I have trouble a lot telling what race people are in cartoons (features are all stylized) it seems pretty clear by his skin color he's black. He pretended to be Abby in NOUGHTY and she's black. Unless he was as well, I doubt he could do that. |

Regardless of Lenny's race or skin color (seriously, not touching that with a ten-foot pole), it's still, in theory, possible for him and Braidgirl to be siblings. Plenty of people have mixed race parents and as a result end up with different skin colors as their siblings.
However, I hope it isn't so D: Lenny/Braidgirl OTP!

It's POSSIBLE for them to be siblings (in the same way that it's possible for, say, Lee and Maurice to be siblings since we don't know), but I still think it's highly unlikely since they look nothing alike and appear to be about the same age.
