I say they do remember it. At the end wasn't Numbuh 1 saying things that happened when they were younger and didn't they remember it? It might just be me, but if they were zombies and didn't know what they were doing they wouldn't remember anything else. Like in some many other times in different shows, they used memories to bring the person back if they were brain washed or something and that works. But that's just me.
