I always used to think it was Numbuh 5 that was romantic. She's had many crushes, and is very mysterious, which is very attracting to boys' attention. (Well, some boys.) However, she doesn't flirt like Numbuh 2, and maybe Numbuh 3. She's, in fact believe it or not, very shy.
Numbuhs 2 and 3, however, are very outgoing. But Numbuh 2 gets my vote since he's more of the elegant type of romantic. Numbuh 3's just flirty to every cute guy she meets.

I voted for Numbuh 2, because, let's face it. He can be very charming when he wants to be, and he LOVES girls. Just look at the way he tried to seduce Cree, lol.

I would like to point out that Numbuh 1 CAN be slightly romantic if he wants to, he just doesn't do it with the air that Numbuh 2 has. A good example is from Operation P.O.O.L: "Hey! Your eyes have changed! They look beautiful now."

Wally feels his romance very strongly, if not a little sheepishly. His emotions drive him to do nearly everything he does.
While Hoagie is flirtatious, he's flirted with both Cree and made provocative comments about Numbuh 10. Numbuh 4 seems to have unique feelings for only Numbuh 3. Is this more romantic? I think it is.

Hoagie and Kuki are both the most romantic operatives. Hoagie hitting on a lot of girls lately while Kuki teases some of the cute guys in her school.

When I asked mr. W if in a way numbuh 5 liked hoagie's jokes he said she does but she doesn't want to admit it, this got me thinking, maybe numbuh 2 and 3 are more romantic in a different sense... numbuh's 4, 5 and 1 all are equally or even more romantic than 2 and 3 but they have different ways of expressing it they're shy, mysterious, obstinate or maybe too serious to show it the more obvious way like 2 and 3 but they are, quite romantic.
