Notice how every one of our favorite KND operatives have either liked somebody, liked by somebody, crushing on somebody, somebody crushing on them, flirted with somebody, and/or in any sort of romantic interaction. Not always with each other, but at least with somebody.
Numbuh 1 = Lizzie, maybe even Katie..
Numbuh 2 = Cree, Numbuh 10..
Numbuh 3 = Numbuh 4, Numbuh 30C, The Kid..
Numbuh 4 = Numbuh 3, Patient C..
Numbuh 5 = Maurice, Lunk..
There's probably some that I missed. You wanna help me out?

Patient C was from Operation: O.U.T.B.R.E.A.K. Remember the cooties thing? The girl asked him to be his boyfriend. *laughs* I loved Numbuh 4's reaction.
Lunk is one of the cowbows, or whatever they called themselves. He was in both Operation: R.O.B.B.E.R.S. and Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. and in both episodes he called Numbuh 5 "beautiful" and technically flirted with her.
Heinrich? Well, there's not much romance between them so far. Their just pure enemies.

That should count for something! And you're missing Numbuh 86 for Numbuh Four. (She admitted that she thought that he's cute...) And not because I'm a 2/5 fan, I think Abby and Hoagie could be counted for each other because of that hug in FOUNTAIN.... (Then again, they were scared, but still... It might count...) |

I think that was just a hug, CAG. We can't really count that. 2/5 (and 1/5, for that matter) is not romantically canon, so we can't count them for each other.
That's true. It was a flirtatious attitude. One-sided, but flirtatious nonetheless.
