Well...the most cannon couple might be 1/Lizzie, but it also might be not.It´s possible that they will break up and Nigel will start to date with someone else.But then again, if it would happen, Lizzie´s character would become completely pointless, so I dunno...
But as for 3/4, they are a big cannon couple, too, maybe even more than 1/Lizzie. And I think that they will hook up somewhere in the last eppies and if it will happen, they most likely won´t break up ever again. But that´s just my opinion;)

Hm. Well, lets look at it this way-
1/Lizzie is already canon. From this, their relationship seems to have no place to go but down (they've seemed to hold a steady constant on the show with the 1/Lizzie episodes, but really I see this couple going on a slight decline- however, this is debatable). 3/4, on the other hand, is canon and yet it hasn't become quite official yet, therefore it can build on itself to reach this level- it's progression is going up.
Out of the too, I find 3/4 more 'canon' in the sense that there's more attention focused on it, there's more building to be done, and there seems to be more support for it.

First off, it's "Canon," only two N's. a "Cannon" is something you fire big, metal balls out of.
It is interesting to think which couple would do the most damage if placed in a ball and shot out of a cannon, however.
Anyway, as others have said, 1/Lizzie, closely followed by 3/4.

And, without explanation, 1/Lizzie has got to be the most canon. But on the other hand, I agree when 3/4 is love says that 3/4 may be even more canon. Its very obvious that Numbuh 4 like her, and Numbuh 3 likes him. And there's even more evidence of it than 1/Lizzie.
For now, 1/Lizzie will have to be my vote. But someday I'll reconsider.

"Canon," to put it basically, means that something is an absolute or accepted truth within the context of a fictional universe. Wikipedia has a much more in-depth article on the meaning of "canon." The canon ones I believe are 1/Lizzie and Mushi/Sandy ^^;
In my opinion, the soon-to-be canon ones are 3/4 ^_^ and 2/5 or Maurice/5 or 2/Cree ^^;

But I guess, since their not main characters, they're not the most canon out of all.
