uh......I wouldn't include Mr.Uno in the slashes......first of all, he's a married man, and second, its a villians ONLY coupling.

Yeah and they're also based on a pair of villains who are in love with each other. Who does their voices? I would be surprised if they were voiced by Bruce Glover and Putter Smith. |

Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb are the guys in the show who always drive deadly robotic machines.
Putter Smith is the guy who plays Mr. Kidd and Bruce Glover is the one who plays Mr. Wint, both of which are in a movie not related to Codename: Kids Next Door.
