She doesn't like giving out spoilers, and doesn't want to "get in the middle of this". Don't see how SHE'S in the middle. She's on the Know side and we're on the Wait Around and Suffer side.

Well, what EXACTLY did she say? Did she clearly say "I'm not gonna give you spoilers, and I don't want to get in the middle of this", or something that COULD hint at whether the rumor is true or not?

On the other hand, I loathe spoilers, especially BIG spoilers, and I loathe spoiling
people myself even more.
So I'm not going to tell you he is a girl, and I'm not going to tell you he isn't...I'll
just remind you that episodes are airing early in some countries, and that this particular
fan wasn't lying about having seen Girlfriend. And I'll hope that whatever information
does come out, it doesn't spread so far and so fast that NO ONE gets to be surprised when
the episode actually airs.

After reading that reply, I'm even more certain that Numbuh 440 knows that a crucial plot point has been leaked out, and while refusing to say whether or not it's true, it seems that she's kind of saying, in a subtle way, not to tell a lot of people about it because it is.
This whole Heinrich is really a girl thing is making less and less sense as I keep on thinking about it. It just seems so illogical and absurd, not to mention completely random. Never in any of the episodes he appears in has there been any evidence that he was ever anything other than male. I know KND has revealed some shocking things about characters, but this would be going way too far.

We'll have to wait and see. When the GIRLFRIEND spoilers leaked, I thought those were fake and that it was a dumb idea. After listening to the clips, though, I got over it and realized it could actually help the show.
Still, they better have some darn good justification for this one.

I'm with Syl. Still. It's utterly ridiculous. Like a REALLY bad Ranma 1/2 parody.
And if she didn't want this thing to leak out, she is WAY too late. Ah, well. Nothing against 440 personally, but if she did that to Heinrich, she deserves everything she gets.
