If the rumor IS true, I got an idea for about 50 sketch comics.
I'm almost hoping it IS true (almost...). Bring a whole 'nother level to the 2/5/H triangle.

Hi, guys! ...wow...lots of people posting all over the place..
I told my boyfriend about the rumor...he laughed hysterically, but wouldn't give his opinion on whether or not he thought it was true.
...I hope 440 finds time to debunk this. I REALLY hope she does..

Well, one LJ comment and one e-mail. I'm hoping she checks her e-mail sometime around the blog update.
Still... what would they have to inject the censors with to get a transgender character on the show? It's pretty radical, even for KND.
But if it's NOT true, I can't use my many mocking sketch comics. My arts will be depleted until I get more ideas. Oh, tis a sad, sad day...

I started thinking more about this, and although I was very worried when I first read the spoiler, I'm beginning to agree that it's probably all for nothing. Well, for one thing, we don't even have multiple people who have seen CARAMEL and can confirm that this is what happens in it (let alone confirmation from Sector CP), and second, this whole scenario seems way too random and disturbing for the kids show that this is. Heinrich's personality doesn't even fit a girl. The chubby, candy-loving German boy just seems more natural. I always thought that the main reason Heinrich was angry with Abby for what happened in Guatemala had something to do with the fact that she left him to take the blame for stealing the caramels, not the effects the caramels may have had on him/her or whatever. And he always calls her "liebchen" (sweetheart in German), which is one of the things that led me to believe that they had feelings for each other before the Guatemala incident, and that whatever happened there caused them to break up. If he was a girl beforehand, not only would it completely shatter that theory (not to mention 5/Heinrich as a whole), but his calling her sweetheart wouldn't make sense, and actually it'd be extremely creepy, even if he meant it sarcastically. I'm not going to get all that upset until we get real proof about this. Like I said before, it seems far too weird to be true.

I can't see cartoon network allowing this. I mean, there was apparently a big fight over showing the Sailor Stars because those girls just DRESSED like guys...how much harder would it be to get approval for a guy who IS a girl? (...anybody else starting to hear 'yapa pa' in their heads?)

Maybe someone will come on and say "PUNKED!". I'd laugh. At myself. Hell, if I knew it'd get all the lurkers to start posting again, I'd have started the rumor myself a long time ago. I can't see cartoon network allowing this. I mean, there was apparently a big fight over showing the Sailor Stars because those girls just DRESSED like guys...how much harder would it be to get approval for a guy who IS a girl? (...anybody else starting to hear 'yapa pa' in their heads?) Actually, I think in the anime, it was changed to them actually being guys that turn into girls. Or maybe it was the dub... Either way, the lead Star falls for Usagi/Serena, and heaven forbid anyone has same secks love, even if its' one-sided. Fortunately, KND found a loophole with Wink and Fibb.

I sort of ranted about this...all day. Heh. My boyfriend had to sit through my "Reasons Heinrich CAN NOT be a woman" speech three times.

I've carried this over to RBSU, and greatly confused my fellow Candy Raider there.
She says if it's true, my Boobie Contest will make no sense. T-T (Actually, it'd make a lot more sense.)

...What's RBSU? (...I'm not to good with acronyms, I'm sorry!)
You know what? Even if this does turn out to be true, I will STILL ship this pairing.

(Raven/Beast Boy Shippers United)
Totally! All day, I've been planning ways for them to stay together.
If those caramels can make him male once, they can do it again.
I WILL GO DOWN WITH THIS SHIP! *clutches stern*

...*plays Dido's White Flag*
Okay, even without the caramels. I don't care if it makes 5 into a lesbian...she seems like the open-minded type anyways. *crosses arms* I won't give up on this.
Two words: Leopold. Ascot.

It'd be the most effective sex change ever. Probably keeps the reproductive capabilities.
Yay, fertility. XD

*laughs hysterically* Suki, you rock.
Oh, and I was wrong about Marcus. He doesn't go to UNLV, he goes to the Cordon Bleu school.
Now....Heinrich...Heinrich...VHHHHHHYYY?
I maintain my belief that they just didn't see the episode the whole way through, or misinterpreted it.

Or they're pulling some big prank that's working quite well.
Either way, I can't get the image of fem-Heiny and Abby in a rousing duet of Big, Blonde, and Beautiful.
