Nah. I think that was just a way to have his full name introduced immediately, since he's not in enough episodes to gradually canonize it.

Hm... since our heros don't seem to be over 18, I wonder how Rose will handle the marriage thing. Legal age of marriage in Germany is 18 (16 with court consent and if your partner is over 18).
Ah, well. Many states allow marriage with parental consent around age 16.

The first best was in another story.
Maybe his plan is to propose and just get a jump on that honor thing. They can be engaged for a few years before getting married. It takes a while to plan a decent wedding, anyway.

*crosses fingers* I really hope so, too. I'm nosy, so I read reviews to stories I like (especially for ships that aren't...well, shipped that much) and someone on there said it was the first 5/Heiny story they'd read. Maybe we'll get some new candy raiders soon. I hope so.
