Honestly, I wouldn't have caught on that it was Hoagie if Nigel hadn't said anything. Well, it would've taken me a while. (HAHAHAHAHAHA THE VOICE CHANGE THREW ME OFF SO MUCH HAHAHAHAHAHA) Yes, so he was OOC/exaggerated and he had that awful 'stache...but I loved him. He was so bitchy. XD WH!Hoagie was an awesome villain. Same as Crazyass Midget Wally.

This is gonna sound WEIRD, but... I honestly thought mustachioed-Hoagie looked a little like Super Mario, but with glasses.
