It's when you purse your lips so they stick out, like what Kuki and the Delightfuls were doing in LOVE. It's an American nonverbal communication that indicates a kiss is expected or forthcoming.
Er... I mean, it generally means that the person is going to give someone a kiss or wants a kiss to be given.
That make sense?

I just need it to be edited. Cutenessdoom is going to edit it and it should be on the board by this weekend if not sooner. It is pretty much done though. Cutenessdoom is already supposed to edit/revise it, but you can too if you want. Sry it took so long, but I hope you guys like it. ;D
